This isn't a X Reader story, no. It's a story of what I imagine when listening to Stella. What some angsty type of story? I feel like semi-angst tonight..

A king rested on the demolished pedestal that used to carry a beautiful vase of bellflowers. His fern green jacket, stained and ripped from the tortures of war, flowed with the howling wind that drifted to nowhere. His planet, his home, was destroyed. All of it. All of it disappeared within the ticks of time. Fires and swords were spread across his damaged land. Although the war was over, he still could hear the screams hollered by his soldiers.

The King held his head with his bloodied hand. Everything was shattered and unsteady to him. His body trembled and his vision went hazy just like the nebula above his planet. He looked over to the broken down canons surrounding the gates that signified his royalty, and the instant smell of sulfur hit his nose once he regained his thoughts. His purple eyes shaded from the thick smoke covering his planet widened with distress; recalling the words his own people mocked him with.

'Foolish child, believing in miracles!'. 'War will become of this planet for that simple thought!'. The demise tore the King's body as he arose to run. A stark silhouette of a small lifeboat floated amidst the land. In it was no one except for the monochromatic vapor that wallowed with the raging planet. The King rushed to the boat before it set off, and lunged himself into the wandering-to-nowhere transportation. Bearing its cargo of misery and regret, the boat didn't return to the disappearing throne.

Lowering down after the long travel to an unknown destination, the boat set itself on the unfamiliar planet. The King peeked across the new land and saw piles of gold and jewels. 'Is this to be a land that thrives with thieves perhaps?' He thought to himself. The King was hesitant to get out of the boat, but he didn't have anything else to loose. Might as well test the miracle belief.

He grabbed the edge of the boards and lifted himself out of the craft. Step by step, he scavenged around the planet in hopes to find someone else to share his story with. The King couldn't help but to at least examine the gleaming bijouterie during his exploration, so he walked to one pile and appraised the quality of the rich goods. Afore he were to pick up a single object though, a knife that reflected the image of the stars was brought to the king's throat.

'My, it seems we have quite the stylish visitor on our star tonight.' A bandit snickered. The King froze with the fear of his life being taken, and retracted his arm away from the gold. The Bandit's green eyes keenly studied his new guest before continuing. 'If this is where you've fallen, I must say your luck certainly has run out on you. Don't care if you're a former king or whatever, but we bandits have our own way of doing things here.'

The King swallowed the dry spit forming in his mouth, yet it didn't quit the terror showing. It was as if the Bandit could see right through his prey. He put down the knife, but he didn't take his intimidating eyes off of the other man. Although, he did after he took an interest in the new vessel that was boarded on the side of his planet. The Bandit looked at his other companions with apathy sprawled across his face while speaking to the King. 'This boredom crawling down my throat, ah, I want to kill it already. Steal me away too, messiah.'

A scientist with the form of a boy sighed at the view of his crystallized, outlandish, and barren planet. His star was dead and covered over with freezing ice that wouldn't be melted; not even with a newborn sun next to his deceased one. 'People from other planets seem to have it tough, don't they?' The Scientist mumbled to himself on his lonely planet. He gripped tightly to the old paper in his hands that had barely anything written on it. He had forgotten to whom it was supposed to be for. It's been so long since he's last seen another being that he didn't remember any names.

He was too delved into the search for the truth of his world. So much so that he found the screams of mortality belittle. The Scientist became greedy. Enough greed took over him to make him give away his own aging. The time within him ceased and he were to stay young until death chooses him. 'It's too late.' Wails the Nocturne.

During the silent cries emitting from the Scientist, the King and the Bandit, together, made their way to the lament, ageless soul. 'Why won't you leave me alone?' The Scientist wept.

'Because I feel like you're similar to us.' The King replied with an expression matching a mourning ones.

The Bandit placed his hand to his lips and thought aloud. 'Like birds of a feather, perhaps?'

'I guess so.' The King murmured, unsure of how to reply. The Scientist only stared at the two others. He didn't understand why people like them would stay and waste their time with a person overtaken by greed like him.

'This is stupid...' The Scientist groaned. The King then perked up with realization, and interrupted the man before him.

'You're being locked inside a wish.'

'How do you know?'

'We can tell from your eyes. They're shining like glass marbles-' The Bandit continued after the King's remark.

'as if they've lost something precious to them.' Both of the new visitors on the dead planet said. The Scientist scoffed at the two and looked back up at the bright stars.

'If possible, I'd like to see my hometown someday...' He said more to himself than to the others.

'It's settled, then.' The King confirmed.

'I don't even know if it exists...'

'Still, staying here won't change anything.' The Bandit explained.

'Well then, just where this hollow ship's headed for next,' Pointing back to the ship that started the blooming friendship and discoveries, the King didn't turned his back on either of the men.

'why don't we try betting on it?' Both the King and Bandit held their hands out gently for the Scientist, no, their new friend to reach out and grab. It felt as though the darkness secluding the Scientist was being pushed away by the light his new bond was carrying. Taking in the warm embrace of the two, all three of the men strengthened themselves for the adventures they'd face together with their toes pointed forwards, so they knew they could face even the greatest of their faults without dejection.

It was as though the wish of a shooting star was granted among them.
