It had been a while since the four of us were together, I gotta admit seeing Vonzel damn near had me in tears, he had gotta so big and a part of me hated that I couldn't be with him all the time, as the oldest boy it was my job to look after my baby brother but given my current circumstances that were damn near impossible. Hazel was starting to show and that small baby bump had her thinking that me, Myzel, and Kemoko were her butlers and we had to do any and everything that came to her mind, Kemoko I understood because it was his fault that she was in this situation.... condoms are literally 50¢ for a single and like $3 for a box so there was no reason they should be out here fuckin without protection (though I really couldn't talk). Myzel still seemed kinda shook from what happened on that trip with me, him, Eddie, and Izaia.... not shook in a bad way, more like he was still trying to piece together what happened because there was no way something so crazy and good could've ever happened but he needs to realize that when I say I'm going to do something, more likely than not I'm going to do it and now his eyes were opened to all the world's possibilities. As I stood there putting my camera together, Vonzel started crying and all three of us moved to pick him up at the same time.
"Hazel, take Vonzel into the house and keep him away from them damn twins who insist on trying to teach him cuss words." I said shaking my head, if anyone was going to teach my brother how to cuss it was going to be me. "You aight Myzel, you've been quiet all day which ain't like you at all."
"Yeah, I'm good... It's just.... my dad will be back from his deployment next week and I'm nervous." Myzel said and I felt him, even though he wasn't my father he always looked after me, Hazel, and Vonzel like we were his own. "He's getting custody of Vonzel when he gets back so we can get him out of the system."
"We would've taken him but they said we weren't 'stable' enough.... whatever the fuck that means." Kemoko said shaking his head. "I'm nineteen, about to own my own house and got two cars.... I make my money legitimately and....." At the exact same time, me and Myzel walked off, I loved Kemoko like a brother but once he started talking the Forex shyt I knew it was time to go, in person he wasn't that bad but his Twitter feed.... I've blocked him like six times.
"What y'all in here doing?" I asked walking into the dining room where Nayquinn and Will were playing some card game against Big John and Ka'Jai, Big John looked like he was about to kill Ka'Jai and Ka'Jai just looked confused as fuck and if the pile of money was any indication of how the game was going I could see why Big John was pissed.
"Taking these niggas money... I'm feeling lucky though so I might just up the ante.... What you want D'? Ka'Jai don't got no more money but I like his shoes....." Nayquinn said confidently and I just shook my head and walked into the living room where Hazel was holding her stomach, laughing while Marcelino and Mauricio entertained Vonzel.
"You need to get all the practice in you can....." I said looking at Mauricio who rolled his eyes. "Ayy it's not my fault you don't know how to put on a rubber.... same with you Kemoko." I said moving as he tried to punch me. "Anyway, I'm about to go pick up Izaia and Eddie and probably grab something to eat... y'all want anything?" I asked and instantly regretted those three words as I was bombarded with like ten different orders.
"Did you forget that Liam was coming over?" Will asked walking into the living room and I rolled my eyes, I wasn't looking forward to seeing my 'mentor' because he tended to piss me off and we were having a good day so far, so why ruin it? "I know y'all have issues.... but today is you and Calvin's days with your mentors and it would be rude for you to cancel. I'll go get the food.... Nayquinn bring yo bitch ass on." Will said walking towards the office.
"You wanna help me jump this nigga?" Nayquinn asked as he walked by and I smirked.
"So I finally get to meet your mentor...." Hazel said and I nodded, she had heard a lot about Liam and she found it extremely interesting that he was FTM and I just prayed that they didn't embarrass me because I was still teaching Myzel the proper terms and I didn't have time for a lesson with her and Kemoko. "Don't do that." Hazel said rolling her eyes and I shook my head and walked off.
