Just like my other longer fics, I just wanted to mention a few things before we get started~

As u may have noticed, this is a really long fanfic... Five Seasons, 900-and-something chapters long, type of long. Over time, I have accepted that this is literally a kdrama. An offspring-meets-the hospital playlist type of should-have-been-on-screen type of deal, and if u have read any of my other works, or looked at the tags, this is a BL.

I do just want to add... As I update this a little, it's the 25th of January, 2025. It's actually incredible to think how far this series has come over the years. I see growth in my writing since when I set out with this story, and I see my own life paralleling it... This story is so special to me. It has been such an escape for me, helping me get through some incredibly hard times, and I hope that maybe, it can give some of you an escape as well...

Life can be hard. Life is not easy. But life is worth living. I hope that this slice of life in this story reflects some of that... of course, with a happily ever after~ (Even if it is years and years in the making, haha).

Feel free to start at the start of any season if you like~ Seasons one and two flow pretty much from one another, and so season two may not be a good starting place. I will say though, Seasons one and two have shorter, lighter chapters, and from season three, I start fleshing them out a little more like "episodes." Season three would be a good starting place, four should be okay too, but season five I deliberately wrote so that you can start there if you like.

From memory, season three introduces special characters asides from the main eight, so there are nice little side stories too~

So there is plenty for everyone!
