Hongjoong rested his head on the door, frustrated. Where the hell are my keys?

Peering inside, he could see that there were no lights on, not even a glow from a bedroom. He knocked anyway, but no one answered.

Sighing, he descended back down the stairs and peered around the building into the parking lot.

Wait...

Wooyoung's car wasn't there, just Hongjoong's, sitting by itself in their lot, looking sad and forgotten.

Where the hell is he?

Hongjoong groaned. I'm locked out, and Wooyoung is MIA and nowhere to be found. Great.

Making his way back out, he noticed Seonghwa was still waiting.

He walked out and as Seonghwa put the window down, he leant down.

'Is something wrong?'

Hongjoong internally groaned. 'I think I've lost my keys and my roommate is Awahl.'

Seonghwa's eyes widened, and as he leaned a bit to see around Hongjoong, he frowned. 'Did you call him?'

'About enough times to be considered by the neighbourhood stalking watch.' He groaned out loud. 'Ew, it's fine. He'll be back eventually, I'll just keep trying him.'

Seonghwa shook his head. 'You can crash with me if you want. You start at seven tomorrow, right?'

Hongjoong froze. 'Y-yes... But you really don't have to-'

'Get in. I'm not leaving you here in the dark. By the looks of this neighbourhood, you'll make front page of tomorrow's newspaper for man breaks world record for number of dismantled body pieces found stuffed into public bin.'

Hongjoong couldn't help but laugh. 'Seonghwa, it'll be fi-'

Seonghwa suddenly huffed. He put the car in park and took his seatbelt off, opening the door roughly. He got out and walked around the boot of the car before opening the passenger's side door and shoving Hongjoong in. He shut the door and walked around the front of the car to get back in.

Hongjoong was slightly shocked at Seonghwa's sudden boldness. Surely this wasn't the same person who could barely form sentences this morning...

Seonghwa put the car in drive and switched on the blinker before pulling out. 'Okay. Home we go.'
