There was a cushion already on the floor in the corner, as well as a little bench that seemed to be actually for breakfast-in-bed. There was also a small stack of medical and physio therapy textbooks pushed up against the wall, as well as a tin of pencils and highlighters, and sticky tape.
Wow, he really does study here...
Mingi put one of the deceorative cushions on the ground next to the other that he'd stolen from the couch at the door, and as he sat down, he patted the cushion beside him. 'Sit.'
Doing as he was told, Yunho pulled his messenger bag over his head and put it down on the floor as he sat. They were in the corner, out of the way, just the two of them in the studio room.
'This is my favourite class that San takes,' Mingi said gently as he pulled his laptop and book out of his bag.
Yunho nodded slowly, starting to pull his own laptop from his bag. 'Why's that?'
'You'll see...'
'Right...' He opened his laptop and navigated to where he was last up to. Immediately, he realised his problem. He'd always studied at the library, or at home... He didn't have his references...
'Um, you don't happen to have the online Med Reference, do you?'
Mingi, without even looking up from his laptop, started shrugging off his coat. 'Which body system?'
'Cardiovascular.'
'Ahh, hold on!' He turned around and sifted through titles, before plucking a thick book from the pile. 'Here~.'
Yunho Looked down at the textbook that had been offered to him. 'Thanks.' It had little cutesy stickers all over the front and sharpie markings with kids' handwriting covering almost every space.
Mingi didn't think twice about it.
Opening the cover and flicking to the contents page, Yunho silently gasped. There were so many notes. He flipped through the pages and his jaw dropped.
'Oh, yeah... Sorry about the markings...'
Wow. Every single page was marked with highlighter and notes that had obviously taken ages to dictate. This boy, the same boy who had stared off into space in class, worked so hard...
Just then, the door opened to the studio, and San walked in, followed by a group of kids.
But not the group Yunho had expected.
Some, like the kids that had been in the waiting area, were happy little bouncing bundles of energy as they walked their way in.
Others, were equally as happy, as they wheeled in.
'Put your water bottles down on the tables, guys!' San called as he walked over to turn the stereo on.
There were about twenty children all up, six in wheelchairs, and even some with walking sticks...
Yunho jumped a little as he felt Mingi lean in extremely close, his lips just about at his ear. 'This class is for under ten's with severe motor disabilities,' he whispered, so softly Yunho actually leaned closer to hear him.
'I- how?'
He glanced at Mingi for a moment before his eyes shot back to the little kids all excitedly chatting together, taking their places and spreading out in the studio.
'I've been helping San develop programs for them based on their disabilities. Three of them are actually doing this class as part of their post-operative rehab plan.'
