Mingi blinked his eyes awake to the morning light. Beside him, Seonghwa was sleeping on his side facing him, a book over his head.
Mingi pulled up onto his elbows, glancing around and whilst squinting through the early morning light, he tried his best to read the clock.
Five fifty-five.
Yawning, Mingi ruffled his own hair, sitting up. His movement stirred Seonghwa beside him, who groaned, trying to pull the blankets back up around him.
Mingi exhaled in amusement. 'You're still a baby for sleep. Some things never change. Did you get called last night?'
Seonghwa groaned. 'Twice.'
'No wonder you're tired.' Yawning yet again, Mingi shook off a shiver that ran down his spine. 'I'm going to go shower and get ready for shift. Do you mind if I borrow a shirt from your locker?'
'Mhm. I'masleepmore,' he mumbled, digging his head into the pillow.
Sweet boy, Mingi thought. Crawling up and over him, Mingi got out of bed, tucking him right back in. 'Don't forget you start work in an hour, Hwa.'
Gently pulling the curtain across the window a little more, Mingi took his coat and headed towards the locker rooms to shower and help him wake up.

Crawling up from the top bunk, Yunho shook his head, his hair ruffling from being sprawled out across the pillow. He'd awoken to the sound of soft voices murmuring in the room, and upon blinking his eyes open, he saw Mingi ruffling his hair, blinking awake. He climbed over Seonghwa, straddling him to get out, Yunho felt a jolt go through him.
Waking up, Yunho groaned a little, his headache from the previous night still very present.
I need to talk to Mingi... He thought...
If only the time would appear...
