(UNEDITED)
The soft music in the ball room was gently smoothing, glassing clinging blessing the younger prince. Small and quiet talks spread around the room. Chisoo was already dress to greet everyone that came to his birthday ball, he wore a blue suit with a white cape that dragged into the floor. He wore his white crown that fit perfectly with his outfit for today. "Your majesty are you ready? the guests are waiting down stairs" a maid said knocking on the bedroom door.

"Yes, I will be out in a minute" the prince replies while doing some finish touches, after checking himself for at least 2 more minutes, he finally agrees that he looks presentable enough. He walks out but some arms wrap around his waist hugging him from behind. "Sang. not right now" Chisoo whines worried that someone might walk in on them, Sang buries his head into Chisoo's neck inhaling the addicted scent of his boyfriend.

"You smell good" Sang says smiling, Chisoo chuckles at his clingy boyfriend. "Come on now, I have to go downstairs" Chisoo says trying to get Sang's grip off of him. "Fine...but not before this" Sang says turning the prince around and placing a small kiss on his lips, the knight smirks as he looks down at the prince that had a faint blush on his cheeks making him look even more adorable. "Happy birthday, your majesty" Sang says placing his forehead against Chisoo's.

"You look beautiful today" Sang adds on fixing Chisoo's suit and crown, "My loving prince" Sang says patting Chisoo's soft and adorable cheeks. "Can you be more cheesy then this?" Chisoo laughs, "Only for you" Sang says winking. The couple head down stairs towards the ballroom while Sang guides his boyfriend, "Well this is where we separate, if you need me I will be right here" Sang says. Chisoo sends a smile towards the knight before walking into the ballroom where he started greeting people right away. He met ministers, and other important royalty people. "ah, you are finally here" the queen says heading towards the main table where his family sat at. "My brother is getting old"  Huening kai says giving his brother a friendly smile.

Chisoo laughs at his brothers lame joke as he sits down. "Son, we wanted to present you to the Princess from Incheon" his mother says bringing a beautiful girl over to the table. Chisoo quickly stands up and bows towards the princess who does the same thing. "Princess Ha Rin from Incheon" the princess says. "This is my birthday present for you son, you soon to be wife" the queen says. "Wife?" Chisoo exclaims trying not to show his anger in front of the princess or anyone in the room. "Your dad and I talked about it and we agreed that you should get married already" his mother says.

"Mom, didn't we already have this conversation?" Chisoo asks, "Chisoo, you are already an adult how old will you wait until you marry someone? Ha Rin is perfect, she is going to make a strong and respected queen. This is the best for the kingdom" the king says. "The kingdom? its always the kingdom and village. What about me? what do you think is the best for me?" Chisoo protests. "Chisoo, do not bring this up again, you are getting married and that's the end of his conversation" the queen says glaring at her son to sit back down. "Brother, do you want to ask for a drin-" Huening Kai is left stranded when Chisoo walks away from the table.

Chisoo walks behind the castle into the garden as he sits down in a stone bench. The wind was cold but he was extremely mad to even notice so it didn't bother him at all. He lets out an angry screams as  he grabs a rock from the floor and towards it towards some bushes, he covers his face in frustration as he feels his angry overwhelm and become into tears. Why can he never have something that goes how he wants it? Its always his parents that decide what is best for him, no what is best for the kingdom. He was never even involved in the picture at all. He did care about the kingdom and village but he wanted to at least decide something for himself.

"Chisoo?" a soft voice called out, Chisoo was too angry to even look up. It was probably a maid that his mom ordered to find him. "Chisoo" the voice called out once again but this time it was more closer. "Just go away and leave me alone" Chisoo said not taking a glace at the person. The footsteps were getting closer but instead of hearing someone saying his name he felt arms wrap around his shoulders. Just by the scent of the person he knew exactly who it was, he buried his face on Sang's chest as he hugged his boyfriend back.

Sang didn't say anything else, he knew he needed to stay by Chisoo's side tonight. He knew Chisoo needed him right now. The pair stayed in that position taking each others warmth in the windy and cold night. Finally Chisoo pulls apart with swollen and puffy eyes, Sang wipes the wet stains on Chisoo's cheek with his finger. The music from the ballroom was still hearable from outside in the garden. "I know this might sound weird but...Your Majesty, would you like to dance with me?" Sang asks offering his hand towards Chisoo.

Chisoo chuckles as he takes his boyfriend's hand and standing up. Sang holds onto Chisoo's right hand and places his left hand on the prince's waist. Chisoo places his hand on Sang's shoulder following Sang's slow pace. They follow the calm and slow music from inside, moving their feet along the delicate beat. Chisoo rests his chin in Sang's shoulder wanting to get warmer in his partner's arms.

They swing slowly to the left and into the right, taking the noises from the night surrounding them. It seems so perfect, only the two lovers and nothing else. Living and thriving in their worlds that somehow collided with each other and finally became one.

Just the two of them was enough to spark a love story.
