(UNEDITED)
Soobin unlocks the room with the key card and opens the door revealing Yeonjun's back cooking something. It was 9:00 p.m already so Soobin was concerned about why Yeonjun wasn't sleeping yet.

"What are you doing?" Soobin asks placing his bag on his desk. Yeonjun looks up, "I'm just cooking a dish," yeonjun says quietly as he continues doing whatever he was doing.

"I'm going to take a shower," Soobin says as he grabs a towel and walks to the bathroom, Yeonjun just nods his head and continues to stir the stew.

After some long minutes, Soobin finally comes out of the bathroom dressed in his blue silk pajamas.

"Please eat something," Yeonjun says as he places a small bowl of soft tofu stew on the table for Soobin. Soobin sits down and takes a small spoonful of the stew, he didn't eat all day so why would he not take advantage of this offer. Soobin hums as he swallows the rest that was in his mouth, " It's good" he compliments Yeonjun. Soobin continues eating the rest as he watches Yeonjun grabbing himself a plate with a smile.

"Did you learn by yourself how to make this or did someone teach you?" Soobin asks.

"my mom taught me how to cook this dish when I was younger," Yeonjun says smiling but something about the smile seemed off. Soobin knew that he was faking that smile. Suddenly he remembers that Yeonjun said he pays for his mom's medical bills so he assumed that his mom was sick and in the hospital.

"Your mom is in the hospital isn't she?" Soobin asks placing his spoon down, Yeonjun doesn't answer and continues playing with his food not even caring to raise his head and look at Soobin.

Soobin sighs as he stands up and walks near Yeonjun grabbing his arm and pulling him up. He pulls Yeonjun against him as he wraps his arms around him. The other boy was quiet but later Soobin felt wet tears on his shoulder, he didn't know exactly what Yeonjun was going trough but he knew how it feels when you are almost losing someone you care about very much.

It hurt when he lost his father, he cried for months missing his father's smile and scent. Instead of being a strict father towards Soobin, he was a kind and loving person. He never cared about money or Soobin taking over the company, instead, he wanted Soobin to grow up however he wanted and to be whoever he wanted to.

But after his father died, his mother forced him to take over the company. Soobin refused but he didn't want to lose something his father worked so hard on, he didn't want to lose the last memory he had of him.

He never had anyone to comfort him when he lost his father, instead, everyone asked him what he will do now or if he will take over the company.

"She is going to be fine" Soobin whispers rubbing Yeonjun's back. He didn't want Yeonjun to feel alone especially in a moment like this. Some might say he is cold but he always hides behind that label because he fears getting close to people, but something about Yeonjun was different.

It almost felt like he met him somewhere before when he was choosing his assistant he came upon the profile of Yeonjun which made him suddenly get a flash of something, images that he doesn't clearly remember.

Even at this current moment, it almost feels like he hugged Yeonjun before but he doesn't even remember meeting him in his life before. It felt like a Déjà vu, every moment with him.

"I would like to meet your mom," Soobin says, Yeonjun looks up with his swollen eyes. "You want to meet her?" Yeonjun asks. Soobin nods his head, "She seems like a nice woman, let's go visit her once we get back to Korea yeah?" Soobin says.

Yeonjun nods as he rests his head back against Soobin shoulder. Yeonjun has been very busy that he hasn't gone to visit his mom in several days, a small visit would be nice.
