Chapter 10 - goddess of darkness

After I showered and put on some new and fresh clothes.

I sit on my new bed, in my new room and look around, trying to progress everything that happened the last few days. Then somebody knocked at my door. I stand up and when I opened it, I saw Loki.

-Loki: "Am I allowed to come inside?", I step aside and he comes inside.
-Y/n: "What is the matter?", he turns around and checks up on me.
-Loki: "It feels not good. Being here after all I've done."
-Y/n: "Loki, I'm not a therapist. If you have a mission, you can stay here, if not then leave."
-Loki: "I just wanted to ask you how you are feeling about this Avenger-Situation."
-Y/n: "I don't care. It's a mission, that's everything I need to know. The rest doesn't matter."
-Loki: "Well, we should go.", he walks towards the door, but I stop him by holding onto his suit.
-Y/n: "I learned not to care Loki. You should do the same if you want to feel better."
-Loki: "Do you really feel better or do you just force yourself to not think or talk about what happens?"

He stole every word from me that I could say. Does it make me feel better? Or does it break me from the inside? I force myself to stop think about it and follow Loki, who left after his last sentence, to the conference room .Everyone was already inside, waiting for me.

-Y/n: "Why should I come here? We should train for our next fight and instead we are here and talk about nothing really important."
-Fury: "Tell us about yourself Winter, or should I say goddess of darkness?"
-Y/n: "Haven't heard that name in years, but there's nothing to know about me. I'm an assassin, was an Asgardian and then I travelled around many galaxies."
-Thor: "Why did you leave Asgard? We could've had a chance against Hela without losing Asgard."
-Y/n: "You wouldn't have had a chance against her."
-Tony: "That does not answer his question."
-Y/n: "I got banned by Hela."
-Steve: "Why?"
-Y/n: "Because- no wait. That's none of your business. You know everything that is necessary about me, you don't need to know my history."
-Fury: "But we do need to know more about your powers."
-Y/n: "Just appreciate that I have them. If I wouldn't you all would still fight against the Easiks or maybe would already be dead. Is that everything? I would like to train, what you guys should do too."
-Loki: "Can I train with you?"
-Y/n: "If you're not asking any stupid questions and shut up, then yes.", I look at them so that they feel spoken to.

He stands up and follows me into the training room.

-Y/n: "Here. Are you really going to fight in this?", I throw a dagger to him and look at his clothes.
-Loki: "I have to fight in everything I wear at the moment. The enemies don't wait for you to change."
-Y/n: "Good attitude."
-Loki: "Uhh a compliment. I'm honoured."
-Y/n: "Don't take it too serious.", I start to attack him and we started to fight.
-Loki: "I'm fighting fair, if you're not using your powers."
-Y/n: "Deal."

We fought/trained for a long time until I finally won.

-Y/n: "You're good, but I'm better.", I laughed and Loki had to make a break.
-Loki: "I want a revenge.", he said breathing really heavily.
-Y/n: "For sure. Maybe tomorrow, grandpa.", I punched him on the shoulder, but he grabbed my wrist.
-Loki: "Okay, now we're playing dirty."
-Y/n: "Uhh i like that, but I'll go easy on you."
-Loki: "Please don't."

We got ready to fight again and we did it for another 2 fights. I won every time, without using my powers and Loki got more and more mad, until he was too exhausted.

-Loki: "How is it possible that you win the whole time?", he asked while laying on the ground.
-Y/n: "You can't win against someone who has nothing to lose.", I said and helped him up.
-Y/n: "Go take a shower. We'll continue tomorrow.", I said after a while.
-Loki: "Yes, you should do the same."
-Y/n: "I know, I will."

He left the room and I cleaned it. Then I got to my room and took a shower, again. If I'll shower that often from now on my skin will hate me. I thought. When I looked down at the ground, I saw blood. I looked up my body and found a scratch on my right hip. I ignored it, because it wasn't really bad. After that I laid down on the bed and tried to sleep.
