Chapter 47 - hickey

— your POV —

I'm waking up, still totally exhausted from what happened yesterday, and feel a breath on my neck. As I slowly look a little bit up and to my left side I see Loki sleeping next to me. Just now I realise that he has laid an arm around me and that I almost can't move, but it's really comfortable.

I don't want to get up yet, so I turn around, facing Loki's naked chest, and cuddle myself against him. His body is warm and his chest is lifting every time he breaths in my scent. I wonder if he likes it. I'm almost falling asleep again as someone is crashing inside Loki's room, which wakes us both.

-Thor: "Loki, wake up! We can't find Y/- oh.", he said as he saw us.
-Y/n: "I'm fine Thor. Please leave.", I say embarrassed.
-Steve: "Is he helping?", we heard him shouting and ask Thor.
-Thor: "No, but it's not necessary anymore, I found her, safe.", he shouted back and closed the door with a wink towards his brother.

I had to start laughing and put my head against Loki's chest. After I was done, I looked at him and he put a hand in my neck.

-Loki: "Good morning, how did you sleep?", who is this man and why is he asking me questions like that? I ask myself because I never thought that Loki would ask questions like that.
-Y/n: "Never slept better and you?", I bit my lip because I tried not to smile.
-Loki: "I agree."

His eyes are moving from my eyes to my lips and back to my eyes the whole time until he finally kisses me. He leans over me and I put my hands on his cheeks. Then he starts kissing and sucking my neck. I start to enjoy it and let out a little moan, but then he stopped and I could feel how he was smiling.

-Y/n: "What's wrong?", I ask not sure if I did something wrong.
-Loki: "I really want to see how you will hide this."

He caresses my neck and I got out of bed and looked in the mirror. A hickey. Fuck. But he has no idea that I am used to cover things up. I leave the bathroom and grab my clothes.

-Y/n: "I should get back in my room and start to cover it up."

He stands up and gives me another, very passionately kiss which I didn't expect. I almost dropped my clothes again because of that kiss but he stopped.

-Loki: "Yes, you should."

I put my trousers on and my bra and leave. What is this between us? I think about our night and even the morning the whole time, also while I was covering up that hickey, because I already reached my room. I'm glad that he told me to get a bath yesterday, because I really don't want to shower right now. Then I changed my underwear and put some clothes on.

I walk into the kitchen because I'm very hungry. As I enter the room, I see Tony sitting there all by his own.

-Y/n: "Good morning.", I say, way too happy.
-Tony: "There's Someone in a Good mood.", he said, not looking up from his phone.
-Y/n: "I'm sorry that it looked like I left.", I say while taking out a bowl.
-Tony: "Next time leave a note or something please."
-Y/n: "You don't even want to know where I were?"
-Tony: "I can imagine it. He has wrapped you around his finger, Y/n.", now he looked at me who is just about to put some milk in the bowl.
-Y/n: "He's very kind to me.", I try to defend myself, don't know why.
-Tony: "He wants you just to sleep with him, that's all."
-Y/n: "No, he cares about me. He was the only one who cared about me.", I get angry.
-Tony: "That's not true, I care about you too, but I have to make sure that everyone else is safe."
-Y/n: "And that's why you didn't tell me that I don't have my powers anymore?", I didn't really ask, I was just disappointed and felt lied to.
-Tony: "We wanted to protect you and we wanted to give you a break, at least for one day."
-Y/n: "You want to know who I am after my father told you that I am not his daughter."

Oh shit! I wasn't supposed to say that. Tony looked at me like I was some kind of Alien. I regret started talking to him, or walking in the kitchen. I wasn't hungry anymore after this conversation.

-Tony: "You were lying to us again?"
-Y/n: "You don't give me other choices! Go on, put me in a cell again, I really don't care anymore at this point."
-Tony: "We saved your life, protected you and what are you doing? You're killing your siblings after they destroyed the yard, then you blow a hole in this house and we had to fought against your father because he betrayed you. How did that feel?"
-Y/n: "I'm thankful for that, but you don't know the whole story."
-Tony: "How about if you just tell me something then? Did you realise that we practically know nothing about you, but still let you live here?"
-Y/n: "What if I don't want to? You have no idea what happened to me and maybe I'm not ready to talk about anything yet and don't worry I'll get out of here as soon as possible."

I didn't want to hear any other word from him so I just leave. I didn't even clean up the bowl that I took to make myself breakfast.

As I walk down the hallway to get out of here, I meet Natasha.

-Natasha: "Had a good night?", she asked with a smirk on her face.
-Y/n: "I really don't want to talk about it. Can you please lend me some money? About 50$?"
-Natasha: "Sure, why do you need the money?", she asks suspicious.
-Y/n: "I just want to buy something."
-Natasha: "Don't tell me that I'm going to be an aunt.", she says excited and gives me the money.
-Y/n: "No, definitely not. Thanks."

Without saying goodbye or anything else I start walking again and leave the headquarters.
