Chapter 7 - Power

— Your POV —

Romanoff grabbed my arm and I punched her with my knee in the belly. She let go of me, but when the boy band came I got knocked out.

After a while I could open my eyes again. I saw a bright light that's shining straight into my face. I could hear silent voices and I tried to focus on them.

-Strange: "Why are we doing this?"
-Natasha: "Whatever she tries to forget, it must be something that hurts her."
-Tony: "Or it could be something very useful."
-Steve: "One thing we know for sure. She knows that she forgot something, but she got trained to not let anyone give her her memories back, at all costs."
-Y/n: "I trained myself, idiot."
-Tony: "Oh look, the sleeping beauty is awake.", he said with a sarcastic sound in his voice.
-Y/n: "So you're forcing me now?", I said after I noticed that I can't move.
-Steve: "It's for the best."
-Y/n: "You have no idea what's the best.", I tried to get up, but the chains won't let me.
-Strange: "It won't take long, so please stay calm."
-Y/n: "I didn't want to do it this way, but you don't give me another choice."

Everyone got to the ground and breathed heavily as if they're having a heart attack right now. I had to smile but after a short time I grabbed to my thigh and pull a knife out of it. I have this always as a plan B. I cut myself free, but Strange is strong enough to fight against my power. Suddenly everything got black again.

— Loki's POV —

Agent Winter is getting carried back into the cell. Steve lays her on the ground at the door because no one dares to come inside here. I grab her and lay her on the bench.

-Loki: "So, am I right?"
-Steve: "We don't know."
-Loki: "What does that mean?", they look at each other, "tell me!", I screamed at them.
-Strange: "Did you know that she isn't just an Agent?"
-Loki: "Of course. I told you that she is a Valkyrie."
-Strange: "That's not what I meant."
-Y/n: "He wants to know if you knew that I have powers.", she stood behind me.
-Loki: "That must mean that you're more than a Valkyrie, but they were just fighter and had no powers."
-Y/n: "I told you I'm not a Valkyrie."
-Tony: "What did you do to us? Is it the future that you showed us?"
-Y/n: "What? No. Come on I thought you were much smarter. It wasn't even the first time you had to see this."
-Steve: "Our biggest fears."
-Y/n: "Bingo.", she said in a kind of sexy voice. No what am I thinking about.
-Thor: "That means you must be a god."
-Y/n: "That mustn't mean anything. Just leave it how it is and everything will be fine."
-Loki: "Why haven't you told me?", I turned around to look at her.
-Y/n: "Because it's none of your business. How often do I have to say this to you?"

The Avengers leave the room. Looks like they have to discuss something that they can't discuss in front of us, or her.

-Loki: "Is this the only power you possess?"
-Y/n: "I don't know, but if I'll tell you it won't be funny anymore.", she sits down at the bench.
-Loki: "What happened that they brought you back?"
-Y/n: "I didn't want them to go inside my head."
-Loki: "Well, I'm sorry to do this."

I put my hands on her head and she stopped moving. Then I saw her memories.

[She was friends with Hela. They fought side by side against everyone in their way, even when Odin fought against her. But then Hela betrayed her. She sent Winter to Sakaar to get some soldiers, but Hela never brought her back. Winter was once the Grandmasters favourite Champion, but when she had enough of it, she escaped. I couldn't see how she did that, because she fight against me. She doesn't want me to see everything.

She returned to Asgard and fought on the side of the Valkyries, that's why she does not have the mark. After almost everyone she once knew was dead and Odin became king, she left Asgard and became the perfect assassin/killer.]

She pushed me away from her, that I fell on the floor. With one foot on my throat she stands above me.

-Loki: "You never really lost your memories."
-Y/n: "That's what I tell you all along."
-Loki: "You could've just told us-"
-Y/n: "What? That I'm usually the bad one and just fought against Hela because she betrayed me and I wanted revenge!?", she got very angry and I almost can't breathe anymore, because she put more weight on her foot.
-Steve: "Winter, enough."
