This is what happens in Riverdale. Once the sun sets. Dodger's minions go to work. He recruits hungry and homeless kids, so that if they're getting arrested, they do some time in juvie, but then they're back on the streets working for Dodger again.

They're chewed up by the system. Except that recently, someone's thrown a tire iron into the system. Usually, Dodger or the Police would go to the kid next, but tonight's his lucky night. Instead of getting sucked back into the system then spat out again... These kids, they've got someone looking out for em now.

People that ask themselves, "How do you save a town?" and who knows the answer... "One kid at a time." for every kid saved there was one less hustling for Dodger, and that would not do at all.

Mercy POV

Archie:Mercy!

I turn around and nod.

Me:What's up, Arch?

We continue to walk to student lounge where Betty and Ronnie are sitting. I sit on a couch and a look at Archie.

Archie:You guys don't have any spare arcade games lying around, do you?

Veronica:What's this now, Archiekins?

Archie:I'm trying to get these kids away from Dodger's arcade. Step one give them another option.

Veronica:What you're doing at the El Royale is so inspiring, Archie, but not enough people know about it.

Betty:Well, I can write about the center in the blue and gold.

Veronica:And I'll ask my vendors to see if they can help rustle up some arcade games.

Me:And I'll get some, get some food sent there too.

I hear the old lady on the PA system calling for Cheryl Blossom. I look at them and speak.

Me:So, guess what my father tried to do.

Veronica:He didn't try to cause a scene did he?

Me:Yes, he tried to scare me saying he and Mr. Honey was going to get me into stonewall prep, why am I all of a sudden hearing this school so much?

Betty:Yeah, me too...

Veronica:Wait, so you're leaving too?

Me:No, my dad can't take me out because he didn't enroll me my mom did. Then he tried to also bug me about the money I used for moving.

Veronica:That wasn't your money?

Me:*scoffs*No, I'm not going to be forced out of my house and pay for it, he paid for it and it was legally done.

Betty:Wait you moved?

Me:Yeah, I thought you knew? It's been a few weeks now Betty.

Betty:I really had no idea.

Me:Well yes, I moved.

Veronica:My sister and father are getting into the rum business, and she's staying here.

Me:Ohh, that has to be annoying are they just being pests or being the normal Lodges?

Veronica:You know? I think just normal Lodges.
