On the eve of the mayoral debate, as Archie Andrews goes door to door, he doesn't mention the murder of his Classmate, Midge Klump. Most people believe Midge was murdered by someone else, but not Archie. He was certain, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the black hood was back, as was his next door neighbor, Betty Cooper. Who had in fact, laid eyes on the Black Hood and suspected he was much closer.

Mercy POV

I slip my shoes on as Wesson licks at my hand trying to get my shoes on. Jenson walks in taking the dogs attention, he squats to scratch the big dog.

Jenson:Isaiah is downstairs.

Me:... Did he say why?

Jenson:He said something came up and he needs to tell us something.

I frown and nod before standing up, I go wash my hands before we walk downstairs, we let Wesson out with his water before walking into the kitchen seeing Isaiah eating.

Me:You guys ready?

Them:Yup.

We get into my car and Isaiah speaks.

Isaiah:I think I may have an idea on who the black hood is.

Me:How? You've never seen him.

Isaiah:I mean technically no one has. But I have an idea.

Jenson:Let's hear it.

Isaiah:So, we all know it's not a preacher or heavy religious person.

Jenson:How so?

Isaiah:Because if it were? He would have offed almost everyone by now. But notice he's only going after kids and people with kids. Think about who's been attacked.

Me:First it was Mr. Andrews he was having a affair with Hermione, next was Ms. Grundy she was sleeping with Archie.

Isaiah:Wait what? Archie slept with a teacher?

Me:Shut up, then it was Midge and Moose... I would say he targeted moose because he was gay but if that was the case he would have got Kevin but it's because Moose was also dating Midge, he was cheating. But he killed Midge later on.

Jenson:But wasn't the black hood on Moose's side? You could see who's on what side.

Me:Right so he was aiming for Moose then it was me. I still don't know what I did.

Isaiah:Is it a sin to hide secrets or to lie?

Jenson:No I mean the Bible does say God hates a liar but we all have lied and lied it hard to keep track.

I sit back and think, it's about me and Chuck.

Me:The stuff Chuck did. He had this book he and the others kept track of  how many girls they got. We were dating then me and Cheryl were off limits. Maybe the black hood thought I knew something about it. Chuck got punished so all was left was me.

Isaiah:Gluttony. But you didn't know that's the whole thing.

Me:Yeah but he can only really know so much no matter what.

Jenson: Doesn't help that Jughead and Betty put everything in the papers, her mom too and if the kid goes to the school their parents know just as well.

Isaiah:You think it's a parent?

Me:Makes sense, because the odds of the Black Hood knowing the people to kill they have to have ties to Riverdale High. Either a teacher or parent. I've found Hal Cooper staring at me before but he left way before I did.
