Mercy POV

I sit with Toni at pops milkshakes and fries in front of us as she talks about her school.

Toni:That educational system is failing us! I just don't get it, okay I do but... They should atleast try to fix it.

Me:I agree, why don't we go talk to mayor McCoy? I mean maybe she believes no one cares for the school.

Toni:We've tried that, she just isn't interested in the cast aways.

Me:Well, you can always change your address to mines and go to school with me. But I promise it's nothing but drama.

Toni:I guess you're still not talking to them.

I look over at them Betty, Jughead, Veronica and Kevin all sitting a few tables away from us. I shake my head.

Me:Not really... I still can't get with the fact that they put someone in danger like that. No matter if they really deserved it.

Toni:Yeah that is sorta demented.

Me:And the thing is? I'm not even mad at them for doing it.

Toni:You're just concerned because if they could do that and be smiles and giggles the next day something is off.

Me:Exactly... I don't know, I need to stop thinking about it... Sleep over? We need to touch up your roots.

Toni:Yes I need a relaxed day! The Whyte Wyrm is killing me the low lights and smell of beer is starting to make my head hurt!

We laugh but I notice a close red head with his father and a music teacher. Hmm...

I tap Toni and slightly point.

Me:That's who I was telling you about.

Toni looks slightly with her eyes and looks back at me as Hermonie directs them closer towards us.

Toni:The one boning his music teacher? He's hot. Is that her?

Me:*rolls eyes* Anyway, yes that's her and him. His name is Archie and that's his dad. He told me they were going to her concert thingy I guess they decided to get something to eat afterwards.

Fred spots me and smiles.

Fred:Hey Mercy, how are you?

Me:I'm good Mr. Andrews and you? Hey Archie and hello Ms. Grundy.

Archie:Hey Merc.

Ms. Grundy:Ms. Johnson.

Soon I see Betty walking towards us and smile but look at Archie moving my eyes over his shoulder. But of course he's a slow processor so she's already on him by the time they sit down in the booth behind us.

Betty:Hi Mr. Andrews, Ms. Grundy, hey Archie can I need to talk to you.

Archie:Sure. I'll call you later?

Betty:No actually now. Just school stuff. Outside?

And there goes the boom. I look outside seeing them talk and then Veronica slips outside. Should I go? Nahh Jughead isn't out there we should be good.

Toni:You're right, this place is interesting.

Me:I told you.

I'm walking with Jughead and Archie as jug passes out flyers for the drive in. Archie rambling about Betty and Veronica.

Archie:How hard would it have been to give me a little heads up?
