Mercy POV

As I walk down the hallway I hear Betty call my name, I turn around and see the copy of the year book in her hand and an angry face.

Me:What did Holden do now?

Betty:He's not running the year book! He says I took too long which I did but I called and they said that they'll take it this afternoon but he's being a ass!

Me:Want me to get it done? And can pass them out under the table. We can say it's a gift from us to our class and I can say my bakery did it as a gift, just change the title so Holden doesn't have authority over it.

Betty:You can do that?

Me:Girl yes. This is it?

Betty:Yes.

Me:You should give weatherbee Holdens page it's only right.

Betty:You're right.

We walk to the lounge room and sit down with the others, I hug Munroe as I sit on his lap since everyone has taken up all the other seats.

Jughead:The only problem is the well of my creative unconscious is tapped out.

Betty:Well, you could write a monster story about Mr. Honey. I am proud of you, Jug.

Jughead:What did he do?

Betty: Honey is refusing to publish the yearbook. Our legacy. The written records of our last four years. Our friendships, our loves, clubs, dances.

Veronica:Bee, if it's about money, I'm happy to help pay for the printing.

Betty:Mercy is already handling that. But it's also the principal of it. Mr. Honey has been on our case since day one. Do you remember when he threatened us on our first day back? And how many of us are already banned from going to prom?

Kevin:Fangs, Reggie, Toni, and I are all banned because of Ticklegate.

Betty:And I'm out because of that bogus quiz show cheating scandal.

Cheryl:Lest we not forget my transcendent rendition of CherryBomb. Which got Veronica, Mercy, The Vixens and myself barred from the promenade.

Betty:So literally the only people going to prom are-

Archie snaps his fingers pointing at Munroe and Jughead.

Archie:Wanna go to prom with me guys?

Jughead:Oh I'd be honored. But be warned I'm not putting out.

Munroe:Sorry but I've already gotten a date.
