_______________________________Draco smirked and rolled his eyes as he listened to Blaise's story before he told him about his own summer. "And then I was– Oof!"
"Surprise!" Harry grinned as he tilted his body to the side to see his boyfriend's face. He pressed his cheek against Draco's back, tightening his arms around his waist.
"What are you doing?" Draco frowned, shoving his arms off. Slightly hurt, Harry tried to cover it up with a smile. "I missed you, love. I thought I went to find you."
Draco blinked. "You just saw me this morning."
Feeling embarrassed and ridiculed in front of Draco's best friend, Harry's face gained a little colour. "Right. Well," he fidgeted. "Sorry, Draco. You can go ahead and continue your conversation. Sorry for interrupting."
With that, Harry hurried off with his head down, trying to fight back the frustrated tears.
"Aren't you being a little too harsh on him?"
"Nah, he'll be fine. He'll get over it."

Later in the Room of Requirement, Draco entered the room with a sigh. Harry was facing the fireplace with a sad look on his face.
"Hello, darling. What's with the long face?" the taller male asked as he sat on the sofa, trying to cuddle his beloved boyfriend but to his surprise, Harry shoved him away. "Shove off, Malfoy."
"What– Oh, come on," Draco laughed, thinking of it as nothing serious. "You know I did that because we're in public, love."
"So what?" Harry scoffed, arms crossed on his chest as he looked away from him.
Feeling like something was wrong, Draco asked, "What do you mean so what? As I said, we're in public and you were hugging me where people could see us. For Merlin's sake, we were in the corridor, Harry. You're being irrational."
"I thought you love me!" Harry threw his hands up in the air.
Stunned, Draco pulled back, looking at Harry weirdly, trying to find the reason why he was upset. "What are you on about, Harry. Of course, I do! You know I do!"
Honestly, what brought this on? he thought, knowing that this conversation was going to be an argument real soon.
Laughing dryly, Harry replied, "Yeah, right. Then why does it matter if I hug you?"
So there it is, he sighed. The same argument we'll be having again. "Harry, it's..." he ran a hand through his hair, groaning. "It's weird and you know I have a reputation to keep up with."
Turning red in anger, Harry stood up, exploding, "Oh, so your reputation is more important than me?! Your own boyfriend?!"
"What?" Draco stood up as well, reaching his hand for Harry but the male slapped it away harshly. "No no no, it's not like that, darling. Please," he tried to reach out again but Harry stepped back and walked towards the door angrily. "I'm going to bed. Don't bother sleeping with me because apparently, your reputation is much more important anyway. Fuck you."
"Harry–"
The door slammed closed.

Harry laid in bed, curled into a ball, wrapping his arms around himself to comfort himself. He couldn't fall asleep no matter how hard he tried. It's 3am as he twisted and turned for so many times but he was still unable to fall asleep.
Not without Draco.
He wanted to go cuddle his boyfriend but he was still angry and upset so he just laid there quietly, waiting for sleep to take over.
But his eyes was just as stubborn as his ego.
Suddenly he heard the door opened and closed, signalling someone entering the room and his bed dipped behind him before he felt the familiar warmth engulfing his body tightly.
"I couldn't sleep without you," Draco whispered into his shoulder before Harry could ask what he was doing. His arms tightened firmly around him. Even if he didn't want to, his body started to relax incredibly.
"I'm sorry for earlier, okay?" he apologised, rubbing Harry's abdomen lightly, making the male shivered at the touch. "It's just..." Draco struggled with his words. "I won't bother with giving you any excuses. I'm just sorry. I know I'm wrong and I'm an idiot for hurting your feelings. I won't do it again, sweetheart. I love you."
Harry turned his body around and cuddled close with the love of his life. He cupped Draco's cheeks with his palm, caressing his sharp cheekbones gently before pecking his lips. He smiled, "I love you too, beloved."
Blushing prettily, he ducked his head underneath Draco's chin and kissed his neck, nuzzling it like a kitten. The Slytherin chuckled softly as he pulled his lover closer to the point where there was no space in between them. "Goodnight, my love."

"Hello, my sweet little midget. Good morning," Draco's chest rumbled from where it was pressed against his back as he was talking with Hermione and Ron by the corridor. Giggling, he leaned against his partner's embrace with a bright smile, ignoring the looks people were giving them. "Good morning, my dear."
"Good morning, Malfoy," Hermione grinned.
"Morning, Ferret."
Draco nodded at them politely. "Good morning, Granger and Weasel. I want to borrow this lovely prince for a while, may I? We have a date to get to," he smirked.
Hermione and Ron shrugged their shoulders. "Enjoy your Hogsmeade trip!"
"Likewise," Draco pulled away and placed a hand on his arse possessively as he let them away from his best friends. "I hope you don't mind for a picnic first before we do a little shopping."
"I would love to! Thank you, love."
"Anything for you, my dear."
It was at Hagrid's patch but the scenery was refreshing so it wasn't all that bad. With blankets and tons of food the house-elves made for them in the picnic basket, it was fun.
"This is very romantic of you, Mr Malfoy. I enjoyed it very much so," Harry grinned.
"I'm glad you do, Mr Potter. It was all for you," Draco pulled him into a kiss.
