I feel like I want to make an OC where she's either Harry or Draco's younger sib and she tries to get them together, angst, fluff, happy ending
_________________________________________Aurora Narcissa Malfoy was Draco Lucius Malfoy's identical twin sister, previously a Beauxbaton student before she decided to move to Hogwarts to keep her twin company. She was sheltered and protected from everyone and everything at such a young age, growing up with only a butler and house elves. Knowing that she couldn't leave Draco on his own as he went back to Hogwarts as part of his punishment, she went with him.
It was a shock to everyone when they'd learnt that Draco Malfoy had a twin sister. She was gorgeous so to speak but because of her Malfoy name, everyone was kinda intimidated by her. Beautiful soft waist-long blonde hair with a few black strands, pale complexity that matched her brother, pale blue eyes that glint with mischief and petite waist. However, slightly shorter than Draco himself.
She was sorted into Hufflepuff.
She beamed at Draco as she passed to sit at her table, ignoring everyone's disbelieving expression. Draco only quirked a small smile at her, showing how proud he was of her before the smile vanish and he looked at his bowl disinterestedly. Aurora frowned.
. . .
"Hey, Aurora! Can I talk to you for a moment?" Harry Potter, the boy wonder, came towards her before she could leave. She could see the venomous look her brother threw at them before leaving hastily. "Sure, Potter. Make it quick. Draco looked kinda pissed," she looked at her nails.
Harry smiled weakly. "Could we take a walk? I don't want anyone to listen in."
Aurora narrowed her eyes at him, a little sceptical before sighing. "Alright, fine." They went off towards the Black Lake and sat down. "I'm not sure if Draco told you yet but he and I were in a relationship before the war happened. It was... kept a secret. We started dating in Fourth Year and back in the Sixth, I made a horrible mistake," Harry admitted. "He... He was withdrawing, slipping further away from me as time goes by and I figured that maybe he became a Death Eater. He wasn't eating or sleeping well. We stopped seeing each other all together and that's when Katie Bell was cursed. I wanted to confront him but I-I cursed him with a self-made curse from Severus Snape instead."
Harry sighed wearily and stared blankly at the grass, eyes glassy. "I-I tried to talk to him after his trial but he just... wouldn't hear me out and left. I couldn't reach out to him and I..." He bit his lips so hard that she was afraid it was gonna bleed. "I miss him a lot. I regret not offering help to him. I drove him away because of my mistake and I ruined everything. You must be wondering why I came to talk to you. I just couldn't tell anyone because they're all just gonna say that the relationship is a mistake."
"But I was happy..."
Aurora pretended not to see the tears that streamed down his face, politely looking away as he wiped them off. "Draco's scared," she started. "Knowing my brother, he's not good at talking despite having a silver tongue. Emotions are something he can't handle. That's where the lines differ from both of us despite being identical twins. When he feels cornered, he will lash out and use something that he is familiar with: anger. However, in this case, he's just scared to confront you. He's scared to get back with you because he can't risk having his heart broken again."
"From what I heard, Draco was always fascinated with you at such a young age. Even before Hogwarts, from what mother told me, Draco was always eager to have you as a friend. Maybe for the wrong reasons but mother said that she could see how genuinely excited he was at the thought of being your friend. You're like his idol, someone he looked up to back then. You are powerful, in his mind. He didn't he was nurturing his crush at that age."
