CHAPTER 11

"I saw Auntie's post last week having dinner with you and New. You're really taking this seriously, huh? Did you already introduce New?" Off roasted his bestfriend while he was doing cardio exercise at the rowing machine.

It's been over a month since they last saw each other. Off invited his bestfriend to help him workout in the gym, for the reason that he was required to be fit for his role as a bully engineering hazer in his upcoming series.

"Uhm, I guess so", Tay answered as he work on the muscles of his upper body at the machine fly.

"Ohh, did you introduce him as your boyfriend?"

Tay nodded and smiled shyly.

"Ihhhh!!", his friend's eyebrows pulled down and his nose wrinkled, "I can't even imagine you being so in love like this!", showing his disgusted face.

"In love my ass!", Tay yelled.

"What did Auntie said?", Off questioned.

"She told Newwiee to be patient with me", Tay said trying to hold his smile.

"Ohoo!! I'm loving this mother and son-in-law conversations. Tell me more, tell me more!", Off continued grilling his bestfriend.

"Well, I already told Mom that I'll introduce someone to her prior our dinner", Tay took a sit at one of the gym's exercise bench while wiping his sweat with his towel, "then she said 'is it your girlfriend?'," he giggled, "I didn't say a word because I don't know how to say 'no mom, it's actually boyfriend', like, why the hell do I have a boyfriend--", Tay stopped when he noticed his friend giving him his skeptical look.

"What?", Tay asked his friend.

"Nothing. Go ahead", Off was still sitting at the rowing machine listening tentatively but he already stopped exercising.

Tay took a drink on his water bottle, "You're judging me, I'm done", he said.

"Aw! Why? I'm so amused on how you tell this story. It's not like you."

"You're making fun of me", Tay said bluntly.

"No I'm not!", Off stood up sat on the floor like a child, facing his friend, "I'm not making fun of you asshole! I'm being observant. Now tell me what happened next", Off continued bugging his friend.

"Will you stand up from there you look like a lost puppy!", Tay grumbled.

Off laughed when he realized that he looked like a dog waiting to be fed, he stretched both of his arms before standing up.

"Okay, then..?", he asked again as he sat down on the machine fly.

Tay didn't say anything.

"Ay sat!!! If you don't tell me anything I'll spill your secret to Newwiee!", Off pointed his index finger and shouted his warning.

"Woah!! Are you trying to blackmail me??"

"Yes! So please continue na khuuub..", he said in his pleading voice and his palms together.

Tay chuckled at how annoyingly crazy his friend was. He knows Off won't stop aggravating him even if it will take them the whole day.

"Okay, okay!! Like I said, I don't know how to address my relationship with New. But then mom said 'don't make this hard for you son. You can simply tell me that you have a boyfriend' and I was like, 'you knew??'," they both laugh, "she said 'you do realize that I follow you on Instagram right?', that's when I remembered that oohhh maybe she saw my posts on Newwiee's birthday", Tay finished his story with enthusiasm.
