When New woke up from what seems to be a long sleep, Tay was no longer beside him. He checked the time it was already 9 in the morning.

Holy shit.

He went straight to the bathroom to take a shower. He needs to visit Land of Gente today to help out on their basic financial reports.

"Where's Tay? Why didn't he wake me up."

He was drying his hair after shower and walk over to the terrace.

Woah!!! He was surprised to see how big their house is at daylight. He didn't notice that it was this huge last night since it's dark already.

As his eyes are wandering around the area, he saw Tay at the table near the pool, his chin on his folded arms talking to his grandma who seems to be writing something. Tay's mom was right, he's like a little kid when he is around Yayi.

Damnit, how can I go downstairs without Tay. It's embarrassing, they will know that I just woke up.

He waited for ten minutes more but Tay didn't bother to check if he's awake already or what.

Whatever.

New went downstairs silently and go straight to the kitchen to get a water. Tan was there waiting for the coffee to be ready. He probably just woke up too.

"Are you going somewhere?", he asked.

He was wearing a white longsleeved polo shirt that was folded up to his elbow and a black jeans, just like what he normally wears at work only he is wearing rubber shoes today.

New nodded his head while finishing his glass of water, "I need to take care of something", he answered.

"Do you want coffee?" Tan was pouring some on his mug.

"Okay..", he said and sat down on the small table of their kitchen. Coffee in the morning is a must for Newwiee.

Tan took out another mug in the kitchen cupboard and poured New's coffee, "Here's the creamer and sugar", he said as he passed them on to New.

"Thanks", New smiled at him, "Where's everyone?", he asked while mixing his coffee.

"I don't know where Mom is. Muk's at work and Tay's outside with Yayi."

"Was he always this close to Yayi?"

Tan grinned after he took a sip of his coffee, "We're all close to Yay, the three of us. We grew up under her care because Mom and Dad are busy working."

"Oh, I see. That explains why sometimes Tay talks like an old person."

Tan chuckled, "You're right. We always joke about how possible it is if there is actually an old soul stuck in Tay's body."

"Oh shit, that sounds creepy!", they both laugh.

"There you are! I wonder where did you go, you're not in the room", Tay said to New.

"Coffee?", he offered.

Tay shook his head, "How was your sleep?", he asked upon sitting on the chair in front of Newwiee.

"It was good."

"I think this is the first time I saw you sleep this long."

New tilted his head, "I think so too", he giggled.

"How did you know?", Tan entered in their conversation.

"Aw, you're here?", Tay joked, "and will you please refrain from joining adult discussion? Mom's looking for you, she needs your help on something."
