CHAPTER 59

THIRD PERSON'S POV

"Love, where are you?", Tay whispered while he keeps on checking his watch, "the wedding is about to start. Don't tell me you're bailing."

"Yes, no! I'm almost there. I only did a little walking then I-- I got lost. But I'm running over there now", New who was actually walking, carefully edge around sideways from the bushes after taking pictures of different beautiful flowers.

"Okay then, be careful."

"Yes, Sir. Stay where you are."

"Uh, uh. Fine. I'll wait for you. I'm just here at the arc entrance."

"Oops! There! I can see you now", New smiled before dropping his call.

"Ugh, New. I told you to wait for me outside. Where else did you go?"

"Aw, you're taking so long! Do you really expect me to wait outside the comfort room while you're going number two? Please", New rolled his eyes at him.

The older jokingly scraped his hand on Newwiee's nose, laughing at how annoyed the younger is earning him multiple smacks on his arms while shielding himself.

"You're so gross, Earth! Did you even wash your hands?", a grimace formed on his face as he wipe his nose and mouth instinctively.

"Of course! What do you think of me? Their soap actually smells good", Earth inhaled his hand with his eyes closed, "hmm, smells like teen spirit!"

"At first I think highly of you, but when you moved right next to my apartment and started showing your true colors, not anymore. Especially when you're being silly like this."

"Hey, my moving saved your ass! And don't talk to me like that! I am your boss", Earth sneered and gave him his suave look.

"Right now you're not. Sir!", New laughed, so did Earth.

"Let's go inside, the wedding's about to start. I don't wanna miss Janhae walking down the aisle", New beckoned, Earth agreeing with a single nod as they walk their way to the beautiful garden wedding setting. It was nearly sunset and a lot of people already arrived.

Both were laughing as they reach the venue. Earth shared a funny memory during internship days a few years back when Jan gave him a box of chocolate on Valentine's day which he gladly accepted but gave to Newwiee afterward causing Jan to be so upset at her friend.

"I didn't know the chocolates were from her. And I only accepted them because I don't want to be rude to our senior, not that I like chocolates."

"Oh yeah? But you finished them in one sitting", Earth mocked which yet again made them laugh, "Who would have thought Jan will be the first one to get married among us?"

"I know right?", New chortled.

Both turned at the same time to the abrupt flash and New stilled after a familiar face was uncovered without the camera blocking it.

"I hope you don't mind. It was a beautiful sight, I had to capture it."

Earth looked at a bewildered Newwiee, his mouth agape and his eyes widened in surprise. He even nudge him by the elbow but Newwiee was appalled.

"Of course not", Earth answered instead, "Hi, Tay. I'm sorry. I'm still a little shackled with the flash", he smiled awkwardly but managed to stretch his arms for a handshake.
