NEWWIEE'S POV

I woke up the next morning from the howlings of the wind and the splashing sound of the waves along with Tay's somniferous snore realizing I was still lying on his arms.

The sky takes on a vivid blue tone and it won't take long until the sun rise. The air was cold but the touch of his body onto mine felt soothingly warm. I turned to wake him up to watch the sunrise together but he was still caught in deep sleep, so I let him be.

I pursed my lips so as to avoid making any noises as I slowly remove his arms and carefully place them on his side, massaging them gently. This is gonna hurt really bad later.

I glanced at the sight of beauty beside me and I can't help but smile. I know I've said this like a million times already but how can someone look so handsome when sleeping? His face looking calm even with darkened circles beneath his eyes and those parted swollen lips that he hates will always be my favorite sight. I can wake up to this everyday.

I would like to wake up to this, everyday.

After last night's discussion, I came to a realization that one, Tay worries too much. Like a lot! And I believe that we can get through all his worries and fears together. And two, he wants to marry me. Tay Tawan wants to be my husband. Husband. I smiled and felt my face flush with my own words.

"But you never reject me."

I placed my index finger on my lips shushing him. I know he's not gonna let this slide easily. Especially when my morning wood was very cooperative just a while ago.
