CHAPTER 43

"Hin..."

My eye twitched when I felt water dropping on my face. I slowly peeled my left eye leaving the other one close and saw Tay's face right in front me blocking the sunlight, the water from his hair continued dropping on me.

What the heck was I dreaming about?

"Teee", I shouted annoyingly while wiping the salty water off of my face, "that is really rude!"

"Aw, I've been waking you up, your phone's ringing nonstop just now. I only had a quick dip now you're already napping on me. Also, what's with the morning wood? It's not even morning."

"Piss off!", I yelled and covered my face with my arms in embarassment.

I wanted to ask him if he can do anything about it but the asshole only laughed at me.

Damn! That dream was too vivid I thought it was real.

"Are you ready to get a massage?", he asked.

"No, I want to sleep more", I muttered after checking who was bothering me on calls then stretched both arms at him.

"I'm drenched all over Hin."

I nod my head with my eyes still closed as I waved my extended arms gesturing him to just freaking give me a hug.

He immediately snuggled on my chest when I wrapped my arms around his neck and ignored getting wet since I'm wet already, from all the water leaking from his shorts, I mean.

"Can we skip the massage and just spend the rest of the day at the room?", I cooed while brushing my fingers through his damp hair.

"I thought you want to try their spa?"

"We can do that tomorrow, love", I answered trying to sound as sweet as possible hoping he will take the hint. 😉

"Uhmm, but I already scheduled a spa today", he tilted his head still buried on my chest as he pursed his lips.

"What? We were together the whole day, Te. When did you do that? Or are you just making excuses?"

"Excuses for what?", he asked. Confusion written all over his face.

Yes Newwiee, excuses for what? Or are you the one making excuses?

"When did you book an appointment?", I asked again because I don't know how to answer his question without sounding stupid.

"Uhh.. I want to make it up to you for wasting your time planning all our itineraries so I asked the lady from the concierge this morning what do their guests usually try to experience here and told me their resort is best known for their spa. I knew you'd want a massage since you've been complaining of having body pain and all lately. So I thought of surprising you today and booked immediately."

I only clicked my tongue and went back on brushing his hair.

"But.. if you're too tired we can just go back and stay at the room", he said mumbling his words as his lips was pressed on my shoulder.

"No love, let's do spa. But stay with me like this for a little while, please.."

He chuckled softly and pulled my waist closer to him.

I planned on staying with him like that until sunset but Tay's phone kept on vibrating when he only started napping.

Ugh! I just want to have this private, solo time with Tay. Who the fuck is interrupting?
