she hugs me.

lauren: we're good as long as you promise we can still be friends

we laugh and agree. later that day i texted bryce.

holy shit. i'm getting him back. this is the happiest i've felt in a while. there is so much we haven't done in so long. kiss. cuddle. and some other thing😏😏. once i change and pull my hair up i head to the sway house. i knock and bryce let's me in.

bruce: he's outside

i thank him and head out the back door to the patio.

my giant smile quickly fades when i see him sitting next to some really beautiful girl, laughing.

josh: hey carson!

i walk over.

josh: this is abby

abby: hey

josh pulls me aside.

josh: you told me to move on. i think i'm finally starting to.

i fake a smile for him.

you: th- that's great j. i'm really happy for you

i hug him. then i go inside with bryce.

you: he- he's moving on

a few tears drop from my eyes.

bryce: aw come here kiddo

he pulls me into him as he calms me. i ended up making some music in their studio that day. when i went home i just went straight to bed, not wanting to think more about josh and that abby girl.

bryce's pov~

bryce: he did it again.
dixie: who knows? maybe things will all workout for them in the end?
bryce: he just keeps hurting her though
dixie: she's strong. let her tough this one out

carson's pov~

the next day i sit in my bed eating a tub of icecream and watching sad romance movies. charli ended up coming in and laying with me in attempt to comfort me.
