carson's pov~

while we're still in canada, i'm visiting my old therapist because let's admit it. i need help and i need it now. dixie and my dad are driving me.

dixie: i'll pick you up after

i go inside the building and take the elevator to the third floor to get to the therapists office.

lucy: carson

she hugs me

lucy: it's so good to see you again- i mean it's not good that your back here, but-
you: i know what you mean

we sit down and she hands me this ball i would always squeeze and fidget with to help my anxiety.

you: s- so i'm assuming you saw my little stunt on the news

she nods and i sigh.

lucy: why did you-
you: you know the plane that crashed? the one from here on its way to LA

she nods.

you; my bestfriend bryce i've told you about, and his girlfriend- my close friend- addison were both on the plane
lucy: i am so sorry

she comes over hugging me.

after my session i head outside and get in dixies car.

dixie: how'd it go?
you: she- she made me talk about a- addison and b- bryce

she hugs me and we go home. i shower and sing causing me to cry more when i realize- holy fuck. i jump outta the shower and text jaden to get his ass over here. while i'm waiting i get dressed and throw my hair in a bun. jaden FINALLY gets here.

you: that music you came up with right after christmas. do you have the sound on your phone?
jaden: ya. i record everything i come up with. why?
you: i- i was singing and i think i have something to go with it. play the music and i'll sing

he nods. he starts to play the sound. a few seconds in, i sing.

jaden: i- is it about-

i nod.

jaden: it's amazing carson

he hugs me.

you: josh and i go back to LA in like a week. you?
jaden: mads and i are heading down with charli and dixie in 2 days. i'll get everything with the music all sorted out and edited and shit that way when you get back we can record and send in a demo.

i nod my head.

jaden: if you love me let me go is coming out in a month so if we can hurry with this one, you can possibly release them together
you: ok
jaden: i gotta go but i'll let ya know if there's anything fucked up with the music

i hug him and he leaves.
