we are all out for dinner at saddle ranch. all the adults get along amazingly. and i think that kayden and liv might be into eachother. will and avery are like best friends now. that makes me feel a lot better that this whole week will go smoothly.

jess: how are you girls liking LA?
charli: i absolutely love it. and carson obviously does because she's with josh

i blush knowing when we get back josh is gonna make fun of me because we both know it's true.

once we are back at home, josh charli dixie and i make sure everyone is comfortable here before laying down in his bed. i'm laying down and he's in the bathroom. he steps out shirtless, in just boxers, brushing his teeth.

josh: you- alright?

he's mumbling a bit because of the toothpaste. he goes and spits before laying next to me.

you: i'm just a little worried about how this weeks gonna go. my mom- meredith, goes crazy around christmas time. i'm sure jess does too. they both have 3 kids
josh: that's the exact same with my mom. 3 kids makes them nuts

i laugh and rest my head on his warm bare chest. he wraps his arm around my back gently rubbing it.

you: my mom has always made christmas dinner and i know your mom and jess have too. i'm not really worried about your mom though. it's more my mom and jess. i feel like they're a bit weird around eachother because they're both my moms. i think it's like a competition between thyme or something. i don't know
josh: i know what ya mean
you; i just want everything to go perfect. it's my first christmas with jess and then-
josh: just calm down. everything is gonna be fine. don't worry. it's not good for your anxiety

he softly places a kiss on my neck.

josh: get some sleep

i close my eyes as his lips brush against my forehead.
