it's been 2 days and well it's now my REAL birthday. i'm still in new jersey and this is the first time i'll be celebrating on my actual birthday. and i'm doing it with my biological mother and family. but before i go, i have messages blowing up my phone

there were some from meredith and derek too. i don't like calling them by their first names but technically they aren't my mother and father so. once i'm done i head to jess's. i knock and carter answers the door.
carter: happy birthday carson!
carter is probably my favorite sibling from new jersey. they all tell me happy birthday and invite me in.
i had an amazing day with them all. but i had to leave after a while because i'm flying home today. i go to my hotel packing all my things.
finally made it back home. of course i'm gonna miss my biological family but i promised to visit and we are gonna stay in touch. i get home and i'm still in just an overall good mood. i walk in and everyone rushes to see me. but they all seem upset.
charli: how was it? you: it was actually great. they're amazing
they all frown.
you: they may be my REAL family, but they're not my real family. you guys are
i smile as smiles grow in all their faces and they hug me. then i take my stuff to my room to unpack. while i'm doing it i realized that this all happening, was a good thing. i have two amazing families. an amazing bestfriend and amazing boyfriend. i don't need more time to myself. i facetime josh.
josh: hi you: hey josh: how was meeting your family you: great. but that's not what i wanna talk about. i don't want more space j. i wanna go back to normal. josh: ya i want that too you: but you can't keep things like this from me. even if you weren't supposed to tell me josh: i won't keep ANYTHING from you. i love you and i'm really sorry you: it's ok. i love you too josh: so um i know you told me to go back to LA but... i'm still in canada
i laugh a bit.
josh: you wanna- you: on my way *laughs
i hang up and go downstairs.
you: i'll be back in a bit
i drive over to josh's and knock on the door. he opens it and literally the second it's far enough open- his lips are on mine. my hands are behind his neck tugging on his hair as his hands make their was to my ass, squeezing it. i gasp a little at the feeling. he took the opportunity to push his tongue into my mouth. he leans my back against the door frame and squeezes my ass once again.
michelle: oh- hello carson
we pull away embarassed.
josh: mom! you: h- hi mrs richards michelle: josh sweetie we are going out. your brother and sister are at a friends. just the both of you please be safe josh: MOM!
i laugh a bit while blushing like crazy. they leave and josh pulls me up to his room. we end up going 3 rounds. now we are lying in his bed undressed and out of breath. i'm lying in his arms as he lightly sucks on my neck. then he just stops.
josh: so. tell me about your family in jersey you: well they're nice. when i first met my mom this one kid, kayden my brother, was like staring at me drooling *laughs josh: i'll kill him you: he didn't know we were related
i laugh and josh calms down a bit.
you: um when are you going back to LA josh: i leave tomorrow you: oh. i'm sorry i haven't talked to you all week- josh: it's alright. i understand. you got really big news and needed to be alone. don't be sorry
he kisses my head and then head the front door open.
michelle: joshua i'm making dinner! carson you can stay if you'd like!
we jump up and get dressed. i ended up going home because it's still my real birthday and i wanted to be with my family.
