THIRD PERSON POINT OF VIEW"I don't want to admit it but...I like Atsumu."
"And...like I said, I just don't want to admit that I'm starting to gain feelings for him, Tomoe."
"...not when I still love him." A heavy sigh escaped her lips as she bit the inside of her cheek, swallowing a lump in her throat. "Maybe I never did move on."
"Do you want to tell him?" asked the auburn-haired woman.
Nodded the brunette slowly.
"And? What happens after?"
"Nothing." Misaki shrugged. "Letting Yoomi know how I still feel for him is enough before I leave."
It's been three days and he hasn't replied to my text. Misaki sat silently in her seat as she swirled her finger by the brim of the glass.
"Cheers to our victories!"
Yelled the captain of the MSBY Black Jackals. His fellow teammates roared and cheered as they raised their glasses of beers and liquor. The loud music overlapped their boisterous voices as they hollered loudly amongst themselves.
"Are 'ya enjoyin' yerself, Micchi?!" Atsumu from beside her asked, more like shouted.
"Y-yeah! I am!" Misaki was brought out of her thoughts as she cracked a smile.
"Well, tell me if 'ya feel uncomfortable in any way and I'm taking 'ya back!"
"I'm fine, Atsumu. Go hangout with them."
"'Ya sure?"
"Yeah."
"Alright. I'm just a meter away!"
With that, Misaki was left alone in her side of the table, while across her sat Sakusa listening to whatever words Daina and the team's libero, Inunaki, were conversing about. Daina sat in between the two men as she tightly clung onto the wavy-haired man's biceps.
Sakusa looked unbothered, as if he didn't mind like he used to.
Misaki awkwardly shifted in her place as she brought up the glass to her lips while her eyes landed on the germaphobe. She then felt a tug on the left part of her chest, until soon enough, it traveled all over her system — she was jealous. She didn't like how Daina desperately clung unto him like there was no tomorrow; she hated how he didn't care as he continued silently sipping on his drink while he tapped on his phone screen.
The brunette woman pulled out her phone and directly went to her contacts in search for his name, because, if he's on his phone, then why hasn't he replied? Yet it has already been three days.
Can we talk?
Misaki glided her thumb across her screen as she anxiously waited for a reply. When she raised her head to look at him, Sakusa didn't even bat an eye as he stayed unbothered, as if he didn't receive any text from the woman across her.
Are you ignoring me?
She typed again, but Sakusa remained emotionless, not even a furrow of his brows.
She was about to press her screen once more until the black-haired man stood from his seat.
"Kiyoomi, where are you going?" asked the light brown-haired woman beside him.
