THIRD PERSON POINT OF VIEW

Her eyes widened in realization, she knitted her brows as anger and jealousy boiled inside her body.

Kiyoomi has never looked at me like that, not even stood that close.

She thought, fuming with rage.

"Yua-san."

Misaki and Sakusa turned at each other for two seconds and realized the position they were still in. They hastily separated as Sakusa backed away and Misaki went behind the counter; both held calm expressions.

"It's not what it looks like Nanami—"

"Why the hell do you have your hands all over my Kiyoomi?!" Daina lost it. She yelled angrily and stormed towards the brunette.

"Sakusa almost fell okay?! And he only had the counter to hold for support." Misaki fortunately managed to think of a believable lie in just a nick of time.

"Liar!"

SLAP!

A stinging pain hits Misaki's cheek and it wasn't until a few seconds until she realized what Daina has done. Unprepared for that, she lost her balance and stumbled weakly as her back hits hard wall to her side, hissing in pain.

"MICCHI!"

"SAKI!"

The two men who witnessed the scene quickly rushed for Misaki's aid, but even though Sakusa was nearer to her, Atsumu got to her first, shoving the wavy-haired man out of the way and quickly took the brunette in her arms.

"Sa—" Sakusa was stunned and shocked. "Yua-san are you—"

"Why don't you go and teach your girlfriend some manners, huh Omi-kun?" Atsumu interrupted and snarled at the ace, glaring straight through his cold eyes. "Misaki's fine with me. I will take care of her."

"What's happening here?!"

The four turned around and saw Tomoe, Komori, Sai, Hinata, and Bokuto standing just a few feet away from them.

"I...just want to grab water..." Bokuto muttered, hiding behind Hinata. "Then they started yelling...and Daina-chan suddenly slapped Misa-chan."

"Your 'bestfriend'" Daina mocked with annoyance, "here, obviously has a thing for Kiyoomi!"

"Daina what the hell are you talking about?!" Tomoe scrunched her face in confusion.

"You should've seen how close the two were awhile ago! And you should've seen how her hands were all over him!"

"Daina, we can talk this out," the auburn-haired woman tried calming her down, "you're just misunderstanding things—"

"Great, and you're also on her side?" Daina scoffed, turning around back at Misaki who was staring on the floor, not speaking a word at all.

"You'll regret it." She added.

"Daina, that's enough." Sakusa growled.

"Seriously! I can't believe all of you!"

With a last glance, Daina pushed past the people as she looked down, trying to hide the tears started brimming by the corner of her eyes. She grabbed her purse and phone, taking her jacket from the rack and gave everyone one last, deathly glares before stepping out of the apartment, slamming the door agressively as she did.

"Don't mind her, just enjoy the night." Misaki finally spoke, sighing as she went over to the sink, splashing her face with cold water. "You can go back to living room. Atsumu and I will follow."
