SAKUSA KIYOOMIWHAM!
The ball landed on the floor with a sharp sound, resonating throughout the large gym as I landed on my feet.
The whistle blew as our coaches signaled for a water break. With that, we walked out of the court while I made my way to my secluded corner where my belongings are separated from my teammates' filthy ones.
Sighing, I sat on the bench and leaned on the wall whilst I wipe the sweat trickling down my face with a clean towel.
Finally, a break. Some peace and quiet—
"Omi-kun~"
I was wrong. A non-existent tick mark appeared on my head as that annoying voice started chirping my name repeatedly.
Without batting an eye, I grumbled in annoyance. "The hell do you want, Miya?"
"Can I borrow your phone?"
"No."
"But Omi-kun~" he childishly whined, making me more annoyed than I already am. "I just needed to call someone."
"Use yours."
"I wouldn't come to 'ya if I have mines, now would I?" Atsumu deadpanned, running his fingers through his dyed blond hair. "'Ya see, my friend called me, but my phone died and I left my charger back at the apartment."
"It's not my fault." I bluntly replied.
"Well I didn't blame 'ya?!" He wailed before continuing. "So anyway my friend called and it might be urgent since she just rarely calls me, but my phone died when I answered it."
She? Since when did he get a girlfriend?
"Bokkun's and Shoyo-kun's phones are left at the apartment, Meian-san went back to the apartment bringing his phone, Inunaki-san and Tomas-san are nowhere to be found and so are the others."
"No."
The Miya twin groaned and ruffled his hair in frustration before regaining back his posture. "I'll do anything!"
"No."
"I'll treat you to Samu's for a week!"
"A week?" I turned to him, slightly interested as I thought of the better twin's delicious Umeboshi onigiris.
He nodded aggressively with disgusting puppy eyes. I scowled at him before taking my phone out of my bag, a sanitizer, and a pair of gloves.
"Wear this or you're not borrowing my phone." I growled and threw the gloves in his palms.
A smile stretched across his face. "Thanks Omi-kun!" He saluted, applying sanitizer before putting the gloves on. With that, he took my phone in his gloved hands and scurried outside of the gym.
Practice ended around 8:30 PM. After I took a shower ahead of everyone else, I made my way to where my bag sat as I occasionally wiped my damp hair with a towel.
A ringtone caught my ears and instantly I directed my attention to where the sound came from. The pocket of my bag where I usually place my phone glowed, making me take the device out.
'You missed a call from xxx-xxx-xxx'
'10 missed calls from xxx-xxx-xxx'
"Who is this?" I furrowed my eyebrows, that is until I remembered it must be the friend Atsumu was trying to call using my number.
Great. I sighed, annoyed.
Until my ringtone started playing again and the same unknown number popped up in my screen. I decided to ignore the calls, placing my phone down on the bench and started fixing my things.
