Waking up to an empty bed again, besides Kris next to me, I was feeling a bit upset. Where has Bahm gone again? He's given me an uneasy feeling since he left after eating two days ago!
He said he'd come home after he came back from The Demon Realm, but I've been here with Kris all alone.
It was so weird that Bahm was ok in letting another man sleep next to his mate. Let alone leaving me alone with him!
He's been eyeing me since Bahm left. I'd even catch him sniffing the air when he enters the room. Raising his nose high like a mad man before his gaze would land on me and he'd chuckle. Treating me as if I was his girlfriend!
I too, couldn't help eyeing this pull I got when his shirtless, defined body came down to eat. When he'd catch me, a million dollar smile would plaster on his face. Showing me his beautiful, pristine, white teeth.
It always made me feel guilty, though He's brought me a lot of comfort when I'd wake up next to him.
I made my way downstairs and started my basic breakfast. Homemade pancakes and scrambled eggs. By the time I was done flipping my last pancakes, Kris was already seated behind me at the booth.
We ate breakfast like usual, with Kris playing around on his cell phone, with me deep in thought about Bahm's disappearance.
Kris broke me out of me frustrated and heated trance when he opened his mouth to talk.
"Bahm linked me. He wants me to take you shopping for clothes." Kris says.
"Clothes? Where is he?"
"He didn't say..."
"He says he'll be here later." He leaves the kitchen, making his way to the shower. My heart became flustered.
Watching Kris's tall, lean, body, make it's way passed the parlor and to the bathroom. I shook my head at my boldness. There's something about that guy...
