Hunnie

Bahm comes into the Dinning Room. He doesn't even spare me a glance when my arms at still wrapped around Kris.

"Kris.... The Pack needs you for a few minutes."

He lowers his head and walks out of the room. Fear from his actions still lingering around my body.

I didn't know Kris had a pack, I also didn't want him to leave me alone anymore.

"Do you have to go?" I look up from our hug, my eyes watering.

"Yeah...it's mine after Bahm changed me. I have to."

He kisses my head one last time, shoving a spoonful of brown jasmine rice into his mouth, and walks out the room.

Finishing my fried tilapia and sweet potatoes, I head outside for once. All alone, as I don't want to be around anyone.

It was beautiful outside. Clay tiled rooftops, white limestone lining the outside castle walls, and even the large Koi fish pond surrounded by many cherry blossoms sitting in the middle. The scenery out here made me feel at home. Deja vu and goosebumps coating over my soul from another lifetime.

I pass what looks like an outdoor kitchen, smoke leaving the chimney and elegant maids running in and walking out with big pots and pans.

Walking down a hill and ever farther away from the castle, and toward another small pond, I stumble upon what looks to be a barn house  filled of maids. They were happily chatting as their front swinging doors reveled their laughters.

It's much more lovely out here!

I begin to cry softly, thinking of all the things Bahm and I could have done on these lands.

Alone...

If I hadn't of left him in the woods, and rejected him...things would've been different. He wouldn't be the way he is now.

I regret it.

Suddenly feeling a swoosh and a gust of air pass by me, I flinch at the coldness.

Bahm appears to my side, startling me while his face looked much more different than earlier.

He looks down at me, as I up into his eyes. They seem full of regret. His mouth pulled downward and his eyebrows quivering. I looked away, becoming scared that I might react or feed into that face unforgivingly.
