Chapter Twelve- One day at a time
                              "Who's the kid?"
                              "His friend."
                              "Why is he here?"
"The judge thinks it's better to have someone with him. His mother agreed. They don't think... They don't think he's lying."
                              "He is."
"How can you be so sure?"
"Kids like that? Nothing better to do than stir up trouble."
A hand grasped his under the table, intertwining the fingers and rubbing circles on the back of his hand. Green eyes, freckled cheeks, a warm embrace and a soft whisper.
                              "Don't listen to them."
                              "What if..."
                              "Don't Katsuki."

On the second day they had argued over All Might facts over breakfast.
On the third they trained, normally. Their teachers watched as they joked back and forth, smiles making way onto their faces.
On the fourth they studied in the common room.
On the tenth day they woke the dorms up at two in the morning while watching a horror movie. The whole class stayed up to watch the movie marathon with them. Aizawa had walked in on a dog pile of all his students sleeping in front of the TV.
On the thirteenth day they cooked dinner.
On the thirtieth day they got ambushed by villains.
One month in and they were pushing each other in the hall, kidding over who got worse on a test.
One month and a day, they ran through the rain.
One month and a week, they visited their old playground. They found a black cat with stunning jade eyes. Katsuki kept it.
One month and two weeks later, he relapsed.
                              He relapsed.
And this time it was worse.

FanfictionKatsuki had been through a lot in his life. He'd done things he wasn't proud of, suffered through shortcomings he hated to relive, and was forever haunted by a woman with a shadow that loomed over him like that of a wolf.
