We've certainly been walking a while, haven't we?

Gawrsh Sora, we sure have. Ya think we've reached the end of the road yet?

-Sora, Donald, and Goofy had been walking down an old dirt road for weeks, no matter how far they traveled, it seemed as though there was no civilization in sight. Not like the trio quite minded however, it gave them the chance to relax a bit and take a break from all the hero stuff. They saved the world from Ansem, and now were on the search of King Mickey, and Riku. Donald groaned before adjusting his hat, muttering.-

Its too long! Its been weeks now, maybe we should just turn back and look back the other way for a town. All that's around here is the woods.

Aww Donald, but if ya turn back around, then all the progress we made this way would be all fer nothin'. I betcha any minute now we will find a place to settle and get our bearings.

Yeah, Goofy's right Donald, besides! We've been so busy running around from place to place, that we haven't really gotten a chance to just, well, you know...

Stop and smell the roses?

Yeah! That's right, exactly Goofy.

-The brunet boy and the dog man seemed to laugh, rather cheerful to have a break. The duck man on the other hand grumbled.-

I hate the woods. I miss my bed back home at the castle.

But Donald, didn't ya say ya wanted a break from Daisy?

...You had to remind me didn't you?

Yup!

-Sora chuckled shaking his head some at his friends banter. The boy sighed, it was getting dark, he looked up at the sky smiling tiredly.-

I think we are stuck camping... again.

This sucks.

Daw, I dunno, at least the skies full of stars again Donald, gives us somethin to look at. A reminder that they wouldn't still be there without us.

The woods still suck goofy.

-The boy and Dog man seemed to smirk deviously to one another before shoving the duck man into a bush and yelling in unison.-

TAG! YOU'RE IT!

-Kairi went out to the island every day, she couldn't help it, it was hard missing your two best friends, never knowing when it is they will return. She had stopped by Sora's house once or twice, and was severely concerned by the fact that when ever she rung the bell, no one was home. His mother was never available, and it worried the girl. Was she avoiding everyone? She probably believed her son was never coming home, though... it was odd that she never called Kairi's house to ask if he was with her. Riku too. The boy also stayed at Sora's house, since he himself had been an orphan. Riku, like Kairi well... they had come from different places, that was why the both of them were so fascinated with other worlds before any of this had ever began. They had bonded quickly over it, and never brought it up to Sora, since Sora had thought Riku had lived on Destiny Islands his whole life. Riku also had not remembered anything about the place he had come from. Sometimes he had nightmares about a fire, crying, screaming, blood... and then he would wake up. Several times he had had similar nightmares, and would tell the girl about them, he was afraid of telling Sora, it must of just been a boy thing, never looking weak to one another. Sometimes he said, it felt like he would have dreams where someone was calling for him, and Sora had confided in her once or twice that Riku walked and talked in his sleep, and that the things he would say were... creepy to say the least. The red head walked across the sand, frowning, thinking about all of this, she hoped the pair of boys were safe out there, while away from the safety of destiny's shore. She went up into the shack, brushing off her school uniform skirt as the inner part of the door had been a bit dusty and gotten all over her clothing. She sighed as she came out the upper door, as the breeze fluttered through her hair, the sound of the seagulls in the distance a constant reminder, she was stuck on this little dot, and couldn't just fly away. The Paopu fruit were in season, and she was hankering for a sweet snack after a day of listening to lectures and learning about things not nearly as interesting as she had witnessed out in other worlds. She picked one of the fruits off the palm tree near the door before beginning off on the bridge to the smaller island, she paused, surprised to see a stranger out on the tree she used to sit on with her friends.-
