Are you almost ready for your mission?
With that vile creature? Absolutely, can't wait. I cannot believe the sibling caught me listening... however, it was worth it for the information I may have inadvertedly uncovered.
Oh? Alright, now you have me interested.
-Axel and Saix were seated in Axels room sprawled out on there backs on the red heads bed. Axel had the day off for the evening, and he tended to like to just lounge around or sleep when ever he got the chance. He rubbed at a lazy green eye, as he was getting comfortable on his bed for a day of rest, listening to his best friends frustrations.-
11 and 12 severely distrust Xemnas from the sound of it. And, the pair of them have been set to handle half of the castle Oblivion mission. ...Tell me, how interested would you be, in exposing some traitors? Perhaps it might earn us favor, and quite a bit of protection in the long run.
Reaaalllyyy? Now that there, sounds like a mighty fine idea.
-Axel smirked mildly at the words of his long time friend. Yes, this might have gone in there favor after all. He then paused, expression losing its charming curl to flat line.-
What about the brother?
Hm? 16s sibling? Ah... yes, that is quite the concern now... even more concerning is what he happened to say. He hinted he may have information on our motivations. I am unsure how to handle him, or 16. Sending them on the Castle Oblivion mission is out of the question to attempt to expose them like 11 and 12... they have value to us in our mission, as well as we do not have enough to imply deceit, not yet. I also was informed by Xemnas that due to some of his own plans, those two needed to stay here, he did not specify to me what they were...
Of course he didn't. Something fishy clearly. Guess I'll just need to keep an eye out a bit more on our little trouble makers.
...Speaking of trouble makers... What is it with your insistence on spending so much time with Xemnas's and 16's favorite followers? I can partially understand 13... but why now 14? What's gotten into you all of a sudden? You couldn't stand 13 following you around like a lost animal merely months ago...
I uh... I guess he grew on me. He's a good kid, really. Just a little lost some days. As for 14, she's cute. She's trying to branch out and make new friends, no reason to snub them there just kids.
...And you are sure, they are not going to be a distraction to the task at hand?
-Axel sat up at Saix's question, confusion glittering in those Emeralds.-
No they shouldn't be, why?
What if Xemnas, or 16 intend to use them against us? What will you do then? What side will you take? I would hope, that you wouldn't abandon me to this mission alone...
Saix... what are you talking about? Of course I wouldn't throw the mission away. Are you ok? You've been acting strange ever since we um... well, you know... since that talk we had...
-Saix prickled at that comment, looking to the side some. Maybe Axel was right, maybe Saix was just being paranoid... he couldn't seriously be more interested in the friendship of these two random children than the one they've harbored for years...-
I... apologize. Perhaps you are right.
Hey, you alright? Listen, what's going on? Is there something your not telling me?
No, nothing. I just want to be sure we are on task, I... I'm probably worrying too much, as you say at times. ...those two fools we now have to deal with have been getting to me, most likely.
