Chapter 28: Honey Bee Waltz

This is so exciting! Been working my ass off for over a week with Cid on all the rebuilding and blueprints for Radiant Garden, a night out was exactly what I was needing! Thanks Tifa!

-The ninja girl giggled as she flaunted around in her kimono, having decided to wear a cute traditional fox mask instead of the more modern and culturally different Masquerade mask. She really did look terribly adorable. That soft carrot orange with little yellow flowers all over her kimono was a good look for the girl, and her hand crafted little wooden sandals. Aerith giggled, too, dressed in a lovely flowing fantail gown, literally looking almost like a vibrant goldfish in sharp red and white rippling down her legs. It had been a while since she had worn heels, but it seemed that crimson was going to be the theme of her outfit, ruby red slipper like heels, a crimson jewel like mask, and red lipstick, with a few marks of white across her face in an elegant design done by Yuffie with an expert touch of a brush. Tifa on the other hand had chosen the more gothic style, deep majesty purple with black lace, a black and purple lined mask adorning and shielding her features, she was wearing a tight corset that clung to her lovely frame, and a pair of cute black flat bottom shoes with cute little stones bedazzling the lips of the shoes.-

I agree Tifa, Yuffie does look nice, but so do you you know! Too bad cloud isn't here... I think he'd be star struck!

Aerith...

-Mumbled Tifa a bit pink at the others words. She was supposed to be on a date with Rude tonight, and she didn't want to hurt the poor guy by implying she had someone else, someone whom honestly, she didn't have. Cloud lives by hos own rules, something she knew would always be a reality, and he never seemed to tell anyone how he truly felt...it was always reading between the lines, and sometimes even that didn't work. Aerith snorted.-

What! Its true, and you know it. He'd be so surprised and entranced with how pretty you look he'd be staring at you all night.

Yeah but... Aerith... I was invited on a date with Rude tonight and--

-Aerith seemed to giggle shaking her head some, being dead for as long as she had had its perks, all the times she got to see how her friends were with one another, as well as those who wanted to be her friend but were more like acquaintances, like Reno and Rude.-

Tifa... I do believe that Rude might find you pretty, but honestly, I don't see either of you together at all. Sometimes people don't realize what they have till things change. As much as he might be attracted to you, I don't think he realizes how much he loves someone else.

-Tifa blinked.-

What do you mean?

Hee-hee, I'm not telling! Don't mind me though, go have a good time tonight, he's still a nice guy, and I think you both would be great friends. I don't think he has many strong women in his life, that's why he must like you.

-Tifa only got redder, especially when Yuffie started laughing at the whole situation.-

Seriously Tifa? Rude asked you out on a date? Aww... He is a nice guy considering his profession. Come on Aerith, you know that Clouds too emo to admit he likes anyone...

Oh that's the nice thing about coming back from the dead. Now I can just haunt him till he starts using words.

-Yuffie began dying falling to the ground and flailing in hysterics. A voice spoke up from behind them.-

Ya'll women fuckin bad, you the reason men like me be single.

-Oh right, Barrett. The man had not bothered dressing up, the gun kind of gave him away every time at things like this. Yuffie only laughed more at Barrett's words her giggle fit starting to cause quite the scene. The bouncer came over, a familiar face, interested in the commotion.-
