-The morning of the expedition for the small group of Pokemon trainers was one filled with excitement and grandeur. As they gathered around the side of the little floating backyard of Miss Willows house, a lot of thoughts swirled in there heads. Lucian had made his phone calls to there tour guide to Mirage Island, and they would be there quite soon. Well, maybe tour guide wasn't quite the right word. An old friend of Lucians and Lorelei had migrated to the island a couple years ago, the only human allowed to live on the island; technically them and they're partner but eh, details. As such with the agreement, the islander in question of course needed access to the main land, and regularly had a family friend deliver supplies to the island. And because of the arrangement between they and the Pokemon inhabitants, the one whom delivered said supplies always made it to and from the island safely. This vessel would be the one the group would be taking, Lucian and Lorelei's friend had assured there would be no backlash from the locals.-
Lucciiaaannnn! You still haven't told us what types of Pokemon are on the island!
-Chimed Will, causing the older cousin to sigh and shake his head with a smile.-
You'll see once we arrive won't you? Besides, the island is a protected sanctuary by the clan, I do hope you are not intending on trying to catch any Pokemon during our visit...
Nope! But that doesn't mean I don't want to enjoy the sights! Besides, I was talking about it last night with Exeggutor and he's just as excited! We stayed up allllll night thinking about it.
Yes, I know you did, because you never shut the hell up and kept me awake all night.
-Snapped Volkner, eliciting a laugh from Flint. The red head could only imagine how Lucian's friend was going to react to these two. He paused when he heard the sound of something zipping across the water, and nearly had a heart attack at the sight.-
HOLY FUCK IS THAT A KYOGRE!?
-Several members of the group gasped and looked where Flint was now pointing, as it did indeed look as though a Kyogre was headed straight for them on the island! Each member of the group quickly let out a Pokemon of there's preparing to have a fight on there hands! Lorelei let out Lapras and hopped quickly up on her back, preparing to defend the island. Will had sent out his Exeggutor, Lucian his Espeon, with both Ienzo's Gardevoir and his own Gallade both at his sides as well. Volkner and Flint let out Infernape and Electivire, both leering out at the approaching- Oh... All of the defensive trainers quickly came to a stop, as did there Pokemon. That was not a Kyogre. It was a jet boat! It was modeled after a Kyogre, and from a distance it really had looked like one. As the boat came to a halt at the side of the island, the top where the head was popped open and revealed a cockpit for a Captain. The sailor in question blinked up at them.-
What's the matter?
Uh... Michael?
-Asked Lucian, startled by the vessel and trying to bring himself back down with the rest of his people. Ah, yes, Michael, Champion of Orre. The once much younger boy of 12 had grown up quite a bit since the last time Lucian had seen him. He was now 17 going on 18, and that tied back crimson hair of his had lengthened down his back. He tried not to chuckle with that still boyish charm and large bright blue eyes. God, another one whom one could swear was related to Lorelei, though, Lucian knew better. The Kyogre boat captain yawned cutely and adjusted in his seat on the vessel.-
You all look like you just saw a ghost Pokemon.
Have you seen your boat!? If you were us you'd be pissing your pants too!
-Shouted Flint whom was still coming down from it all. Volkner then proceeded to look around before sighing and pinching the bridge of his nose, quickly realizing something.-
