Let me at least walk you down the block.
What am I, a child? Come now Lexaeus, I can certainly meet with an old friend by myself can't I?
...It will be dark.
-Lexaeus wouldn't admit it out loud, but the thought of the younger male being out so late at night walking the streets alone to meet with the Shinra executive bothered him. Maybe it was because he had always viewed the other as the little brother he'd never had, Lexaeus himself had been an only child growing up.-
Again, I am not a child Lexaeus, I can handle it myself. I am a lot more competent than either you or Vexen give me credit for sometimes. I may not be the strongest fighter in this organization, but we all know I can get myself out of a slippery situation or two if needed. You don't honestly believe I am that defenseless do you?
I believe you are cocky and you take too much after Vexen.
-Stated the auburn haired one simply, as he seated himself down at his work bench.-
If you insist on going alone however, I can't exactly stop you, just don't do something foolish.
Heh. ...Do you think, that Superior really is going to allow us to branch out more?
-Lexaeus tried not to smirk to himself, Xemnas could be so oblivious at times. He meant well of course, but that did not mean he didn't get caught up in things so much that he tended to forget to bring himself back down to earth so everyone else was on the same page as him. Perhaps the meeting at breakfast had done just that.-
You honestly believe he'd go back on his word? Even if Roxas said no, there was a majority, and you and I know that the child won't say no. I wonder however... hm.
-The man leaned back in the chair, causing Zexion to blink and tilt his head cutely, he had just gotten on his warm sash to go over his shoulders, sure it was a bit feminine to wear a shawl like the one he had on, but it was comfortable and accented his body type.-
What is it?
You said 13 was in communication with the Turks?
I did, its how I got the package from Rufus sitting in my room. Also why I went and had an audience with him. Something on your mind?
I am mildly curious... What if, we made 13 our representative? He's a child, no one is likely to give him a hard time, and contrary to how he seems at times, 13 can handle himself in a fight if things do become a problem.
Do you really believe that's wise? 13 is also rather naïve, that's part of how Rufus was able to convince him to deliver the package. I can only imagine what else he's wormed out of Roxas.
If it was anything too important you would have been asked about it by now. Either way, it is still an option. Are you looking forward to tonight?
...I am. To be honest um... this is the most I have remembered of excitement in a long time. If Xemnas gives us the ok, then I can see Rufus when ever I want on my off time, it would be the best birthday present I've ever been given, Lexaeus.
-The older man seemed to merely nod his head, closing his tired eyes.-
Then make sure to enjoy yourself, and do not hesitate to call me if there is a problem.
Wait... so you did set up the PDA I gave you?
Of course I did. To ignore a useful tool even if its not preferred is ignorant. You know my thoughts on ignorance.
-Zexion tried not to smile too big, shaking his head some before sighing, and sliding on a cute pair of grey and blue fingerless gloves with the nobody symbol on the backs of them, his cloak like shawl also had the symbol emblazoned on his back.-
