You think this is going to end up being a regular thing?

I sure as hell hope not. Dealing with you for more than 30 minutes is becoming a hazard to my health.

That makes two of us.

-Xaldin and Demyx were hiking through the mountain range of land of dragons, continuing to scope out uncharted area of the land for the organization as per instructed. Was Xemnas really going to keep setting the lancer up on missions with the nocturne just to make his point? While he was softening up to the other, it didn't mean Xaldin wanted to spend this much time with Demyx, and from the sound of it, the feeling was seemingly mutual. Which made the few moments they'd had in the past few weeks a tad but uncomfortable now in hindsight.-

I don't get it.

Get what?

If you dislike my presence that much, make a big deal to Xemnas, as you always do.

Look whos talking, if you hate this so much use your damn seniority and twist Xemnas's arm to get out of dealing with me. Then I can go back to business as usual. Being stuck on missions with you is tanking my ability to keep up appearances.

Appearances? Oh, so your social life outside of actually getting real work done, that's what this is about.

-Muttered the wind waker as he rolled his eyes and crossed his arms while they continued on there trek down the mountain. Of course that was what Demyx was worried over, skipping out on the important work that needed being done if they ever planned to be whole again, he was acting more as if he never left his life among the somebodies.-

...Look, its a lot more complicated than that.

I doubt that.

Really, it is. Aren't you worried about the world your going back to when you get out of here? Living at the Organization is like a prison man... Aren't you wanting at least something for the afterward?

There won't be an afterward if people keep slacking.

Alright, then tell me what your thing you look forward to is.

...What?

-Demyx smirked as he trotted along side the proud windstorm, gloved hands brushing back his own hair and shaking a bit of snow from it as they walked.-

You heard me. Stop avoiding the question.

...I will know once we complete Kingdom Hearts.

Aha! So you don't even have an afterward plan! Sounds like your the one dropping the ball on your own life. At least I have control of mine.

Heh, control. You honestly don't get it, do you? What is there to look forward to if things get botched by idiots like you?

Implying your afraid things won't work out.

I can't be afraid you foolish air head, I don't have a heart.

-Grumbled the long maned warrior as they finally reached the bottom of the mountain, looking out at an elegant art of nature. A frozen lake lay before them, its frosted glassy surface reflecting there image like a fancy mirror. Demyx sighed and rolled his eyes at the others response.-

Actual feeling or memory of it, you still think something is going to go wrong, do you even have a back up plan then?

Do I look like I do? Does anyone in this Organization? Get to the point of your question you are starting to agitate me.

-Muttered Xaldin as he plopped down in the snow under a hibernating willow tree, staring out at the refractive lens of the motionless water. Demyx went silent for a moment, before replying softly.-
