-Ahh the underworld, such an odd and foreboding place for the average person. If you are the Lord of the dead the great Hades however well, then the wails of the departed was the music you woke up to every morning and slept to every evening. It was a lot more complex than that however, the place wasn't just some random pit below the earth where the souls of the dead are damned to wander forever. The Underworld itself connected to a variety of places, even seemingly across time and space. Matter of fact, two places it did directly connected to, were the heavens, and hell. Contrary to those uneducated, the underworld itself was not the same place as either the place in the clouds nor the fiery pit below... and one could even go a step further to point out that even both of those places were much more complex than that. Heaven, Hell, and the Underworld/Spiritual Realm break down further to specific territories, each one serving different functions and leading to different judgements, punishments and paradises. Why did any of this matter? Well, because at the present moment the Lord of the departed was seated at a very well known bar right in party central of Hells crater. He had been invited by none other than the ruler of the fire pit himself. He of course went by many names- Lucifer, Satan, Baphomet, The prince of Darkness, honestly there were so many to choose from depending on where you were from and what you believed in. However, those who knew him personally, knew that he just preferred to be called "Damien".-

Ha-ha! Lighten up old man, if you keep letting them get to you you'll end up going mad.

Ha, cheeky. I don't get mad Damien, I have better things to do than let Zeusy dampen this fire.

-Grumbled the Greek Pantheon as he made a motion with his hand for the bartender across from him to pour another drink. He had lost again to those pain in the ass goody two shoes called his brother and his nephew. Well actually, just his nephew, his brother was a selfish idiot more than anything. He picked up the new drink before taking quite the swig and slamming the glass down with a mild look of frustration. The one devil across from him smirked deviously. He was exactly what one might have expected from a demon in human skin. Flesh as soft and milky looking as the pale glow of the full moon, and short ebony charcoal hair as dark as the deepest abyss. What really stood out however, were his eyes. He had iris's of an almost Navy-crystal blue and slightly grey sheen, with the most interesting speckling pattern in white and black across the colored surface of his eye, almost like a black hole, or a cosmic journey through silent space. The pattern in question almost looked like the speckling from a paint brush much like in the painting Starry Night by Van Gough. The exoticness of his appearance of course had women fawning over him on the regular, especially of course his resident Succubi and other whorish hellish fiends. Not like he cared, life was casual to him, he took everything in stride and never had to worry or think much of the consequences of his actions... so it seemed from the outside at least. However, what was most interesting about the man... was his voice. It sounded a lot like a mysterious being that recently had come to wreck organization 13s world with there odd methods of "helping". The embodiment of supposed evil yawned and leaned back in his bar stool, giving a mild contemplative hum.-

Well you know, my offer is still on the table old friend.

Nooooo thanks. You write contracts that even make my eyes bleed. I know better than to sign anything with you.

Oh come on now! I have never written an unfair contract!

Hey I never said it was unfair, I said they drive me nuts. Damn what I wouldn't give to write contracts like that.

Oh is that you pining for something? Hee-hee I can write a contract for that too you know.

-Hades snorted before moving a long nailed blue tinged hand over to ruffle the others hair like a bratty child, causing the devious one to giggle cutely. The underworld lord groaned before muttering.-
