So, how do we reach out to the goddess?

"She enjoys the sound of happiness. Our happiness has always been something she wished for, and she achieved it. So, we shall dance and sing till the dawn, and hopefully while we celebrate and are merry, Oak tree-sama will climb to the temple to inform the Eon Pokemon we wish an audience with her. It may take a day or two, but I assume you are in no rush, yes?"

Not at all. I've waited this long so far, a few more days will not hurt. Thank you again for your hospitality. My associates in Floaroma town have informed me that the combee keepers would happily provide us a hive colony to transport here to the island. They were also curious if we needed any tree saplings or other resources.

"Tree saplings? They are willing to give us trees? That's so kind... I am sure there's so many berries none of us have tried, we should discuss this for sure when the time comes. So, Lucian was it? I have... spoken to my children, Gallade and Gardevoir appear to have no intention of staying here on the island. From what I hear, you are quite the inspiration, so much so that they refuse to leave your side."

-Lucian, whom had been seated in the Chieftains hut reading in a chair, paused with a blink. He wasn't surprised that Gardevoir wanted to continue traveling with him in order to find Ienzo... but Gallade too? He had known Gallade a long time, one of his closest partners aside from Espeon, what was he thinking? He had always talked about wanting to find his way back home, and regularly spoke of his distrust for the human race due to the past... he really trusted Lucian that much to want to keep going with him?-

I... I doubt that honestly. I assume Gallade is doing so because he refuses to leave his brother, they are very close. Twins from my understanding.

"I speak the truth, no exaggeration to be had. He has said that you are a true pioneer in bridging the gap between humans and Pokemon. I have even heard you are one of our ilk. A powerful Psychic with so much to offer in the ways of knowledge. ...He showed us all you have done for him, as well as the pain you have suffered. Losing your sibling isn't all you have lost."

-Lucian looked to side some at that comment, smiling weakly as he closed his book, sighing softly.-

I see... So he explained did he?

"More than explained. We can exchange thoughts and memories psychically in order to transfer knowledge and deeper express our emotions. I now understand what your words meant before, truly from one broken family to another. How long has it been since your parents have been gone?"

A few years before losing Ienzo. He was 7 when they died. He became very... reclusive after that. He refused to speak to anyone except I and Gardevoir, whom was a Ralts at the time. The 4 of us were inseparable. He doesn't handle trauma well and I... I can only imagine how he's been holding up. All I can do is hope he's even-

"Don't. Thoughts like that will only bring about a loss in resolve. You have come this far, I refuse to see you give up now."

-A smile appeared on the chiefs features as he rose from his own chair and grabbed for his head dress, a hand made "crown" very similar to his wife's with a large marble like stone in similar colors and shape. He then walked over to gracefully offer his hand to the young man in the glasses.-

"Shall we go? They are waiting for us, my wife has already rallied our people together on the beach for the ceremony."

Yes. And um, thank you.

-Lucian grasped the others hand tightly as he got up from the chair, only letting go of it once they began out of the hut and towards the beach. He wasn't used to being so vulnerable, quite the opposite. He commonly would push down his feelings in favor of being the voice of reason for those he cared for, so having this was rather nice. Everyone was already there and clearly were excited to get the festivities started. He smirked and shook his head at the sound of a rather silly conversation between a certain pair of gym leaders.-
