You groan when the men throw you towards the floor after dragging you in a spacious room. There are no windows inside except for the ventilation ceiling, that's why you know you won't be able to escape.

The men went outside, leaving you alone in the room. There is no useful equipment inside, but there's a huge bed. The door opened, revealing Decim, before he locked it and kneel towards you before grasping your jaw tightly making you whimper in pain.

"Where's your courage lately, (Y/N)? Tell those words in front of my face. Right here, right now." Decim whispers as his fingers tighten.

You close your eyes tight and your jaw feels like it's about to break with his grasp.

"Decim," You whispered, "I will make you beg for your life later and I will let the dirty ground catch your tongue."

Decim's mouth parted but he laughed with what you've stated.

You close your eyes when you remember something.

"You've been crying again, (Y/N)." Tina stated as she pats your back softly, "Is it because of the monsters under your bed last night?"

You tried to fake a smile and nodded, "The monsters are getting stronger. I can no longer fight them." Your tears fall continuously as you sob.

Rae, one of your friends, sat beside you as well, "We'll fight them for you."

You were still a kid back then. They've been two of your closest friends. They are always there to comfort you in your darkest times.

Until one day, while you are talking to Tina and Rae, Decim— who's in his teenage years at that time, meet them. Despite being a kid, you know Decim very well. You tried to protect Tina and Rae, but Decim was just heartless.

That damn piece of shit kidnapped them, rape them, kill them, and cut their tongue before leaving his gift in front of your house one day— scarring you for life. Messing you up.

Despite such a young age, you swear to kill that man at any cost.

No— you promised to kill all of them at all cost. It's not just about Tina and Rae, it is just the peak of the iceberg. The devil in the organization's chain did more ruthless, unforgivable things to you that you swear, you'll kill all of them.

Everything is way more darker and ruthless that you just hope you are dead— but before that, you have to fulfill that promise.

You flinch when Decim holds your collar tightly before making you stand up with force. You are glaring at him and he smirks before he slapped your face hard, making you fall on the bed beside you. Your cheeks feel numb with his strength but you don't want to give him the satisfaction of seeing you in pain.
