Allegiant Continues

Chapter Eight

When we arrived, there were guards at the door. Tobias looked at me with worry in his eyes.

"I'm sorry Tris. I should have known. I thought I was the only one who saw it." Amar said

I got out of the car, Tobias following close behind. He laced his fingers with mine. The guards broke us apart. They pulled me from Tobias.

"TRIS!" Tobias yelled

"FOUR!" I yelled back

They dragged me away from him. The guards threw me in a cell. My shoulder hit the cell wall, making a blood stain on the white wall.

"David will see you now." one of the guards said. Just then David was in front of my cell door

"Hello Tris. Oh, you're injured." David said "I told them not to touch you."

"Where is Tobias?" I asked harshly

"I killed him. Before I came to you."

I grabbed his collar through the bars.

"You will pay for this! You self-righteous person!" I yelled

Guards freed him from me and threw me against the wall. I keep screaming. Then. A guard injected me with a syringe full of a green liquid. Peace serum.

"Why do you have angry looks on your faces? That's not nice" I felt myself laughing.

Suddenly they were dragging me to a bed. That's the last thing I remember.
