Chapter Twenty

Tobias dove at me. He grabbed the gun out of my hand. Lauren ran out of the room. Zeke took the gun out of Tobias' hand and placed it on the table. Tobias wrapped his arms around me. Zeke left the room.

"I can't lose you Tris. Not now." Tobias said

He kissed me. I wrapped my arms around him. I leaned my head on his chest. We stood there for a while. Lauren came running back in.

"What should we do about the initiates?" Lauren said

"Give them a day off." Tobias said

We laced our fingers together and walked out of the room.

We walked back to our house. When we got home, Tobias closed the door to Christina's room. I walked into our room and took of my jacket. I took my hair out of a ponytail and brushed it. Tobias came in the bathroom and wrapped his arms around my waist. He changed the bandages on my arm. Tobias and I walked over to the bed.

"Evelyn wants to see you. I told her we would go to see her tomorrow morning. Is that okay?" Tobias asked

"I'm okay with it." I said

We climbed into bed. He put his arm around me.

"I love you." I said

"I love you too.' he said

Marcus was infront of me with a knife to Tobias' throat.

"Tell me or he dies." Marcus said

Marcus died years ago. What did he want to know?

" You won't kill him." I said

"I will."

A gun appeared on the bed. I reached for it and put it to my head, crying.

"Tris!"

I pulled the trigger.

"Tris!"
