"I can see them!" Kate exclaimed, kiddy with the excitement

"Well no shit sherlock! Ok, shhh, can you see what they're doing?" I watched over Kate's shoulder

I saw Nico, and who I presume was Gina, sitting closely together on a bench. It hurt to see this, but I played it cool, nothing to loose it over, afterall we're not even dating! I kept staring for the next five minute, I couldn't hear what they were saying and I couldn't see that well either because of all the greenery, but I could make out their figures. Slowly the figures moved closely together...

Slowly...

Only centimetres away...

"Kwaaakaaa!" I screached, immitating an owl. I couldn't take it.

They whipped their heads back as I tumbled over Kate. Uh oh. We've been spotted. Mission failed.

"Come out! I can see you Kate!" Gina called.

I sighed, stood up and pulled Kate up with me, I could see Nico leaning against the tree, about a yard away from Gina, smirking at ME! I smiled back. Monika is back! I led Kate back across the stones over the stream as we made our way back towards Nico on the correct side of the stream.

I quietly hid behind the tree and eavesdropped on their conversation, although I couldn't make out anything.

"We know you're there!" Gina called. Damn!

I smiled, and slipped into view, my hands behind my head, grinning like an idiot.

"I'm caught. Who's the good cop and the bad cop?"

I was in the zone, no one could control my cheekiness, but Nico seemed to like it, judging from the way his eyes never left mine.

"So, what you guys up to?"I asked as Kate joined me...
