Liar, Liar pants on fire!

As I was saying goodbye to my family and Kate was grabbing her jacket I felt like someone was watching me. As I was in the kitchen, I turned back and saw that Nico was staring straight at me through the kitchen window! The sense was surprisingly satisfying... I looked back to where Kate was walking down the stairs and smirked, she knew from the glint in my eyes that it was Nico.

I had seemed to be getting to know him better and better, I'd felt like we've known each toher half of our lives, but I didn't know did I...

As I walked through the back door, he leaned across the fence and waved at me. I waved back and threw him my most flattering smile, Kate just whistled and ran off across the garden door because she knew I was gonna chase after her.

"Talk to you tonight?" He whispered

"You don't even have to ask!" I smiled and turned my back and started to walk down the hill.

I caught up to Kate and twacked her across her head "Dumbo!" I screeched and ran away from her.

She folllowed me and we both stumbled to the ground, laughing helplessly. We got home, all muddy because the ground had been quiet soggy where we landed, and took all of the punishment form my mom. We weren't allowed to go outside for the day, because:

a) we got home later than we'd said

b) My phone had been turned off and I didn't answer any of her calls which just made her worry and become very furious indeed

c) We were muddy

I didn't mind though, because I could sit at home and talk to Nico... I loved talking to him, it became a routine, he felt like the second half of my soul.... Damn! I was really falling for this guy! As I walked upstairs into my room with Kate following behind me, I glanced at the calander. Wow! Nearly two weeks untill my birthday! Yay! And that means I had known Nico for a whole month! Time goes very fast indeed...

I opened up my moms laptop and sat down to get ready to chat but unfortunately Nico wasn't online, and I could see Kate pouting at the back of the room so I twisted to look at her.

"I know what we can do to pass the time!" I exclaimed

"What?" She suddnely brightened up

"Let's make pillows!" I laughed

So we spent the whole day designing, cutting material and stitching pillows, enjoying ourselves and just having a great time. Cousin to cousin. Nearly sister to sister, when Nico popped up on the laptop screen, interupting Taylor swift's love story.

The smile fell of my face because whether I like it or not, I couldn't possibly explain what I did and why I did it because he wouldn't understand and I don't want to appear like the devil in his eyes... oh my... HELP!!
