Chan came home that night at 2AM, eyes locking on his best friend sleeping on the couch when he walked through the front door.

He knew the blonde had stayed up waiting for Chan's return given he fell asleep on the couch, something Felix only did when waiting for the older male.

Felix was softly snoring, a small thing of saliva falling from the corner of his mouth. He was wearing the cutest baby blue pajamas with little bears on them. His pajama shirt was a button down, the last two buttons undone.

Chan drunkenly stared at his best friend, eyes shifting from his belly button to his face. He swallowed hard, sighing to himself and stumbling to his room. He threw himself onto his bed, checking his phone to see Minho texted him.

boss man lino: next time he says some homophobic shit call him out on it. don't be shy ;) question his hoe ass too !!! get answers!!
2:12AM

Chan smiled to himself stupidly. The only thing he could do now was test Minho's theory to see if it was actually true.

He tucked himself into bed, lazily wrapping himself into the covers. He closed his eyes, thinking of everything that has happened in his in Felix's relationship. From the day they met to now, everything seemed so certain.

Chan never considered Felix possibly being gay given the blonde never acted gay in his eyes, but according to Minho it was quite obvious he was.

That's the only logical reason why Changbin was hitting on him all of the sudden. If he thought Felix was straight, he wouldn't be trying to make a move on him.

The more Chan thought about it the more it made sense. It made sense that Felix freaked out years ago when he accidentally walked in on Chan butt ass naked while in his room changing, eyes unintentionally going up and down while blushing deeply.

Felix didn't stop talking about it for a whole week, swearing up and down that it was an accident and that he was straight and would never look at a man in that way.

The only thing masculine about Felix was his voice. The blonde was soft and delicate. He had the prettiest feminine features and presented himself in a very soft way, wearing light makeup here and there, and decorating his ears and body in pretty dainty jewelry.

Chan never considered any of those habits as signs of Felix's sexuality mainly because a lot of straight men did those things as well. He never wanted to assume anything about his best friend in fears of crossing a boundary and disrespecting the blonde unintentionally.

The older male has only seen Felix act questionable on the rarest occasions. He never slipped up or gave Chan any reason to think he was gay either. He never wanted to push, but maybe it was time to start doing so.

Maybe it was time to finally figure out why Felix was the way he was, from the homophobia to the excessive touching. Chan was prepared to take on the challenge of pulling apart his best friend and hopefully make him much happier, something he clearly wasn't.

Chan woke up the next morning to the smell of eggs and bacon cooking. He groaned loudly to himself, hangover hitting him hard.

He peeled the blankets off of him, dragging his seemingly dead weight body to the kitchen to see Felix sweetly humming to himself.

"Morning." Chan said, causing the small boy to jump and put a hand over his heart. "Jesus christ, you scared the fuck out of me." The blonde said, locking eyes with his best friend and smiling. Chan felt his heart skip a beat at the sight. Felix smiled happily, exposing his beautiful pearly white teeth. Chan couldn't help but smile back.

"Wait? Why am I smiling at you? I forgot that I'm still mad at you!" The blonde said, smile quickly turning to a frown. He turned back around quickly, flipping the omelet he was cooking and ignoring Chan's aggravated sigh.

"You were out late." Felix said, back still turned to the older male.

"Yes, Lix. I was out late." Chan responded, going to the coffee pot and pouring himself a cup of the hot liquid.

"You were with that homo, right?" Felix questioned, voice coming off slightly irritated for some reason.

"Yes, I was with Minho last night. Our boss, mind you." Chan corrected.

"I don't care if he's my boss or not. He's still a fucking freak. You shouldn't hang out with him too often, Chan. You might catch his disease again and we don't want that happening!" Felix said, plating two omelets on their respective plates, and setting three pieces of bacon each next to them. Chan watched as the blonde quickly placed the plates on the kitchen table, grabbing silverware and napkins.

"He doesn't have a disease, Lix." Chan sighed, taking a seat and taking a bite out of the omelet Felix cooked. His tastebuds danced happily in his mouth, stunned by Felix's amazing culinary skills.

"Sure, whatever you say." Felix said, rolling his eyes and pouring himself a cup of orange juice. He quickly ran to his seat across from Chan, sitting down and smiling brightly at him, his grudge from earlier seemingly disappearing.

"Does it taste good?" The blonde asked. Chan crumbled at his adorable enthusiasm. He always looked so happy whenever the older male enjoyed his cooking. It was the only time Felix ever looked genuinely happy.

"It tastes really good, Lix. You never fail to impress me with your cooking." The older male said, sparing a small smile before taking a few more bites down.

"Really?!" Felix excitingly said, taking his first bite and melting at the taste. Chan only nodded, heart fluttering in his chest at the sight of a happy Felix, a rare sight nonetheless. These moments were what Chan held so strongly to, since these were the moments that made him fall so hopelessly in love with the homophobe. He was a gay man in love with a "straight" man. How ironic was that?

"Don't think I'm still not pissed at you for the bullshit you pulled yesterday." Felix spat, killing the moment immediately. Chan sighed and rolled his eyes. "Whatever." He said, uninterested in what Felix had to say.

"Don't whatever me! You were acting like a little bitch all day yesterday! You let me get drunk, caused us to be late for work, and ignored me all da-"

"What's so wrong with that?" Chan asked, catching Felix off guard. "Wrong with what?" The blonde asked, confused.

"What's so wrong with me ignoring you? Why do you always care so much when I do?" Chan questioned, figuring that now was the perfect opportunity to take Minho's advice.

"W-what?" Felix stuttered, a blush forming on his cheeks. Chan has never once questioned him, so why was he doing it now?!

Chan watched as the blonde's cheeks grew deeper in color, taking note of how he was reacting to the situation. The older male figured that maybe questioning things was obviously a good start in getting answers, so that's exactly what he was going to do, wether Felix liked it or not.
