Chapter 11

I woke up around 10 am and grabbed my phone.
And had a text from nate..
Nate: can I please talk to you.
L- I don't think so nate.
Nate: meet me in the back of the forest of the old park we used to go to.
L- do you really think I'm that stupid?
I screenshotted the messages and sent it to the jacks.
Eyebrows: wtf don't go Lilly.
L- I'm not haha
Johnson: he's stupid to think you'd actually go.
L- right?!
Then nate texted back.
Nate: I know it sounds Weird but Lilly deep down I know you can trust me. You need to trust me.
L- yeah you lost that trust nate.
Nate: I know but this is something that is really important for us to talk about
L- are you and Jayden like, planning my murder together or something??
Nate: Jayden?? Why do you say that?
L- I saw you two together yesterday!!
Nate: then you realllly need to come. Please.
I cannot believe I was about to send this text.
L- okay meet me there at noon.
I sent it and instantly felt sick.
Johnson: you coming over today??
L- um yeah I'll be by around 1
Nate was right about me trusting him deep down. I did. And who knows maybe Jayden is like not letting him see me so he has to see me in private.
I was not going to tell the guys.
I got out of bed and went downstairs to have breakfast. I grab the fruity pebbles box and put it into a bowl along with milk and sitting down.
"Thanks for making me some loser" Sam says sitting next to me.
"You're welcome" I say skipping through channels and stopping on TLC to watch what not to wear.
"I'm going to send you on that show" he says and I glare at him.
"Better go suit shopping then, or they'll take you instead" I say.
"I'm stylish" he says wearing his spongebob pajama bottoms and a red shirt.
"Very" I laugh and finish my fruity pebbles. I go upstairs and throw on a purple jumper with white leggings and vans. I brushed my hair and left it natural and did some makeup.
"Sam will you take me to the park?" I ask.
"Why do you wanna go there?" He asks me.
"Um johnson is meeting me there" I lie.
"Okay" he says and grabs his keys and we head out the door.
We drive until we get to the park. "Bye" I say and get out of the car. He drives off and I start walking to the back of the forest where nate said he wanted to meet.
I didn't see him around so I sat on a stump and waited.
I hear crackling of twigs behind me and turned around to see not nate, but Jayden.
"Where's nate?" I ask almost instantly.
"Oh he's not coming" he says grabbing my arm in a tight grasp.
"What the hell" I say confused "what are you doing?!" I say.
"What is little Lillian scared?" He asks.
"What do you want with me?" I ask.
"Jack." He says.
"What?" I say confused.
"Jack johnson. He ruined everything. So I hurt him by hurting the thing he loved most. You." He says.
"Okay I don't know what mental hospital you escaped from but you are crazy" I say.
"But I'm not. Apparently hurting you wasn't enough. Maybe going a bit further will be" he says with a scary smile.
"Why me? And why jack?! What'd he ever do to you?!" I yell.
"Wouldn't you like to know" he says.
"If you really think hurting me is going to solve anything you're stupid" I say.
"I know how jack is. You can't hurt him but when you hurt something he loves that's when he gives it all up" he says.
"Gives up what?" I ask.
"You're talking too much" he says.
"Tell me what th-" he cuts me off by slapping my face.
"Shut up" he says dragging me towards his car.
"Where are you taking me?" I ask.
"Don't worry about it" he says.
I tried pulling my arm away but he grabbed it tighter.
"Let me go!!" I yell kicking him.
He started to punch me and I did my best to block him.
"Get off" I yell kneeing him in the stomach and pushing him off me.
I heard some yells and saw jack and jack running towards me.
Johnson pulled me back and as I looked up gilinsky had Jayden pinned to a tree punching him over and over.
"Leave Lilly the hell alone or it won't be so pretty next time" he says as Jayden crawls to his car and we walk away.
"Are you okay?" Jack asks helping me walk.
"I'm fine" I say.
"Why did you come?!" Gilinsky asks.
"I thought it was nate" I say.
"Still" he says and we get to the car.
"I don't want you ever doing something like that again" gilinsky says as we start to drive to his house.
"I did think-" he cuts me off.
"Promise me you won't do something like that again without talking to us first" he says.
"Fine" I groan and we get to his house. I could barely walk so he just carried me inside, setting me on the couch.
"Let me see" gilinsky says lifting my face to the light so he could see.
"Gunna be bruised up tomorrow, you can stay here" he says.
"So you won't tell Sam?" I ask.
"I'll save you the lecture as long as you promise not to do that again." He says.
"Deal" I say.
Johnson's phone started ringing and he answered it.
"Hello"
"Don't call me"
"No"
"She's not wanting to talk to you"
He hangs up and I ask him who it was.
"Nate" he quietly says.
"Why does he keep trying to talk to me but then hanging out with jayden" I say.
"Lilly you guys have been friends for years, he's not going to just start hating you" Johnson's says.
I go on my phone and go to his profile.
