My Only Hope

Chapter 35

I woke up to my alarm at 9am. I had to head over to Sadies at 10:00 for breakfast and then head down to the garden house at 11:00 so we could be ready by 2:30.
I take a shower and blow dry my hair, just throwing it up into a pony tail. I wash my face and put on distressed jeans and a baggy t shirt.
"Sam I'm ready to go!" I say through his bedroom door.
"Go start the car I'll be down in a sec" he says. I go down and grab his keys getting in the car and starting it.

L- hey 😍
Sam gets in the car and we drive to sadies.
All the guys were going out to eat but we decided to make chocolate chip waffles.
Sam drops me off and I go inside.
"Hey!" Sadie says
"Hey are the lovely chocolate chip waffles ready?" I ask
"Yes they are" she says sitting down at the table followed by me, Emily, Stella and baby carson.
We sat at the table and ate our breakfast while sadie talked about how scared she was.
" What if he doesn't like the dress?" She says
"He will love the dress" I say
"You sure?" She asks and I laugh
"Yes" I say
"Sadie you and jack have been together for a long time, he wouldn't care if you walked in there in a trash bag" Emily says.
"But please don't walk in there in a trash bag" Stella says.

We get to the garden house and go inside. We had the makeup artist there and she started doing Stella first. I was good at hair so sadie has me doing hair. I started on sadie. I used a medium barrel wand and curled her hair, brushing it out making the curls thicker and bouncier. And I did a half up half down crown braid. It looked great.
I then did Emily's hair. I french braided it in the back to the right side and curled it from there. I did the same to Stella and then I did mine. Carson only had short hair so I couldn't do anything to hers.
Now I was getting my makeup done. Sadie comes out in her dress. She looked beautiful.
"It looks amazing" I say.
Her mom comes in and gasps.
"Sweetheart you're beautiful" she says.
"Thank you mom" she says.
"The wedding is starting in 20 minuets. I'll be waiting" she says leaving.
My makeup was done, my hair was done, and my dress was on.
Sadie was getting a few little touch ups to her makeup.
"I'm gunna go see the guys real quick okay?" I say to sadie.
"Okay" she smiles and I walk over to the guys house.
"Hey" I say walking in. Normally it's the guy who's calm and the brides freaking out but Jack was freaking out and Sadie was calm.
"Wow lilly you look amazing" cameron says walking over to me.
"Thanks love" I say. "If kiss you but that makeup artist believes in loading on the lipstick" I laugh.
"Lilly help please" gilinsky says.
"With what?" I ask.
"Hair" he says looking at me. His quiff was quite lop sided. I laugh and help him.
"Best quiff I've seen!" He says.
"Well I have to go back and you guys have to get out there" I say leaving.
I get back and everyone is calm thankfully.
We sit there for about five minutes before sadies mom comes in.
"You guys have to come out in exactly one minuet" she says and leaves.
We line up where the Guys can't see us. The music starts and I was the first to walk down. I'm not very good with a lot of people watching me but I was comfortable with these people. Cameron was smiling at me and mouthed 'beautiful' to me which have me a boost of confidence. I got to the front and stood there. Next came down Emily. Then Stella, who was pulling carson in a flower covered white wagon. And carson threw flower petals.
And now everyone stood up. (I'm skipping through a little bc yeah)
Sadie started walking down, she actually looked like a princess. I looked over and Jack and he had his hand over his mouth, but I could tell he was smiling really big.
She gets to the front and stands in front of Jack. They were completely meant for eachother.
The wedding went on and I could see that sadie was tearing up. Which made me tear up. I'm such an emotional person at weddings.
They started saying their vows and sadie had a few tears slip down her face.
They said their I do's and put the rings on eachother.
"I now introduce to you, mister and misses Jack and sadie gilinsky" the man says and they kiss and everyone cheers.
Music starts and they smile at the photographer before walking down. Then Emily and johnson. Then Stella and sam. Then me and nate. We stopped, smiles for the photographer, then continued walking down.

We go back to the garden house while everyone goes into the ball room for eating and dancing.
"Congratulations!" I scream hugging both sadie and Jack.
After we hear that everyone's in. We go in making our second big entrance.
we walk to our table and sit. Sadie and Jack were in the middle and all the girls were to the right and all the guys were to the left.
Our food was served and johnson stood up to make a Speech.
"I've been friends with Jack for 15 years, so believe me when I say he's been with plenty of girls, don't worry none as lovely as you sadie" he says and everyone laughs. "He's been at points where he thought he'd never find someone, then we were just strolling down the pier one day and he bumped into sadie. And since then I've never seen him happier. I'm so happy that they made it through all the difficult times and I'm glad my best friend found someone else to irritate" making everyone laugh again. "But seriously guys you two are perfect together. Congrats" he says bro hugging Jack and sitting down. We eat and the dj starts playing music.
Sadie and Jack go down for their first slow dance. And everyone joins them.
"Care to dance my love?" Cameron says holding out his hand.
"I thought you don't dance?" I say
"How hard can it be?" He says and I laugh and grab his hand.
"Well then I would love to dance" I say.
We walk over to the dance floor and dance to all of me.
Even though we were crowded by a bunch of people I felt safe. Because cameron was there.
I knew the photographer had a camera on us. But I wasn't hiding my face, I knew the picture would be perfect cause I had cameron.
Cameron made everything better.
*sadies pov* (Finally I know)
Me and Jack were dancing and I looked over to see cameron and lilly. They reminded me of me and Jack. They were totally in love.
The song ends and the dj plays more upbeat songs. I go off the dance floor to see everyone.
"Oh you two looked so sweet dancing!" Lilly says to me.
"You guys too" I smile.
*lillys pov*
"Wanna go in the photobooth?" I ask cam.
"Duh" he says and we go in.
We take 5 pictures. 5 very cute pictures.
Nash was talking to some girl. Probably begging her for her number like usual. But I love him.

It was 9pm and everyone was leaving.
"Thank you so much lilly, you helped me through this so much" sadie says hugging me.
"Anytime" I smile.
"Sam and nate got pretty drunk so you might want to make sure you drove them home" she laughs.
"Where are they?" Cameron asks
"Outside I think" sadie says.
"Well congrats again guys" I say
"Thank you" gilinsky says
"We'll see you tomorrow?" I ask.
"Yeah we'll be here tomorrow, and then we're leaving the next day" she says
"Floridas gunna be so fun" I say
"Yeah we'll see you guys tomorrow" she says and we leave outside.
Nate and sammy were out there sitting on the ground laughing at something.
"You guys ready to go?" I ask them.
"I don't want to go!" Sam says.
"Well you need to" I say helping him up and cameron helps nate up.
"It's like looking in a mirror" sam says looking at me.
"Yes definantly" I laugh.
I have nash help sam to the car and they get in the back seat.
We get in and drive nate home. Nate wasn't drunk out of his mind so he'd be fine. But sam was a whoooole other story.
We get to my house and sam and I go inside.
"You got him?" Cam asks.
"Oh yeah I just have to smile and nod until he falls asleep" I say.
"Okay well if you need assistance just call" he says kissing me.
"Hey! Don't touch my sister like that" sam says.
"It's okay sam" I laugh and cameron leaves and I shit the door and Sam sits on the couch.
"I met a girl tonight" he says.
The cool thing about drunk sam is that he's very open with me.
"Really? What was her name?" I ask.
"I can't remember" he pouts.
"Do you want some water? Or juice?" I ask
"Do we have beer?" He asks
"You don't need beer" I say grabbing a water bottle and opening it handing it to him.
"I don't want it" he says pushing it away and pouting.
Just go to sleep already.
"Well will you go to bed?" I ask
"No I'll sleep here" he says curling up into a ball on the couch.
"Okay you do that" I say turning off all the lights and going up to my room.
L- got him to sleep😩

L- now I need sleep, goodnight💜

~~~ I woke up pretty early. Around 9:00.
I went downstairs and sam was spread out on the ground with his face smashed into a couch pillow.
"Sam" I say shaking him.
he groans and slaps my hand.
"No ugh" he says.
"Do you at least want up on the couch" I whisper.
"No" he says and I laugh.
"Do you want some aspirin?"
"Yes please" he says
I go to the kitchen and grab some Advil and water and hand it to him, then helping him up on the couch.
I got a text from sadie.
Sadieee: come over asap with cameron Kk?
L- okay be over soon
