Braeden's POV
"Houndour use flamethrower!" Lee commanded.
"Hound!" Houndour howled as it spewed a stream of flames towards Torkoal.
"Torkoal you use flamethrower too!" Mr. Everett said.
"Koal!" Torkoal yelled as it also sent a stream flames at Houndour. The two attacks collided making a big fiery explosion.

"They're even!" I said.
"For now." Said Dylan.
"Bite let's go!" Lee yelled.
"Dour!" Lee's Houndour yelled as it lunged forward with a bite.
"Hit them with a spinning body slam!" Mr. Everett said.
"Tork!" Torkoal said as it jumped up to dodge Houndour's bite, and hit it hard with its body.

"Body slam did even more damage with that spin." Said Dylan.
"Houndour looks like it took it pretty well though." Said Dj.
"Why didn't Lee pick something like Samurott for this?" Milli asked.
"He must've figured that it would've been a good time to get Houndour some more battling experience." Shimon said.
"Let's see if that backfires." Said Preston.
"Houndour are you okay?" Lee asked his Pokémon.
"Hound!" His Houndour barked.
"Okay! Use headbutt!" Lee said.
"Hound!" Houndour howled as it began wildly running towards Torkoal.
"Torkoal use withdraw!" Mr. Everett said.
"Torkoal!" Torkoal yelled as it started to tuck in its arms and its legs to hide itself in its shell, and defend from Houndour.
