"Meooooow!"

"... hm?"

"Meow!"

"Alright, alright," Minho sat up with a groan and found the small kitten, Soon-ie, sitting beside him on the bed. "It's breakfast time I presume?"

"Meowww!"

"Yep," Minho stood up from the bed and went over to the food tray and bowl. He took the bowl and went to go get soft food. When he returned he found Soon-ie sitting expectantly near her bowl, looking up at him with big round eyes.

Even after only two days, the small kitten had quickly figured out where the food was and she would wait to be fed in the mornings and at night as well.

Minho refused to give into her begging most of the time, even if Jisung and his mom had a weak spot for the kitten's soft, white-orange face.

Minho finished filling up Soon-ie's cat bowl and decided that it was late enough in the morning that he would get ready himself. He changed into loose but comfortable clothes and plopped himself down on the couch to wait for someone else to wake up.

Staring up at the ceiling as sunlight slowly started to filter into the room through the curtains, Minho stared off into space.

For the first time in a long time, Minho had been given the chance to breath.

He had been trapped by his father's career for so long, while also trying to maintain his own life. He hadn't had the chance to doing nothing in a really long time.

At the same time, it was sort of strange having nothing to do. And of course, Minho still had to convince his mom to let him go back to Seoul in the first place. Even with Jisung here to help him, it might still be hard.

The creaking of the stairs caught Minho's attention. He looked up and found that Jisung was staring down at him from about halfway down the spiraling staircase, a loose t-shirt and joggers hung from his small body.

"Good morning," Minho called up to him. Jisung nodded to him and finished all the way down the stairs. He yawned and stretched, heading towards the kitchen. "Coffee?"

"No, thank you," Minho declined, having a seat at the counter as he watched Jisung move around the kitchen, making himself coffee. "Are you even old enough to be drinking coffee?"

"I'm old enough to live by myself in Seoul," Jisung countered.

"You like with four other boys who are older then you, it's not like you're totally alone..."

Jisung turned around and looked at Minho, cup of coffee in his hands as he took a long sip. "Then yes, I am old enough."

Minho grinned slightly.

Throughout the past few days, Jisung and Minho had spent a lot of time together, which Minho couldn't have foreseen just a few weeks ago. They went into town together, went for boat rides together, explored the beaches surrounding them and thankfully  did not find any more cats.

Minho was glad that their relationship had improved. Dorming with and dreaming of nightmares with a guy that he didn't know had been really awkward at some points.  He was glad that they could talk to each other normally now.

"So," Jisung leaned up against the counter, sipping at his coffee. "What are we doing today?

"Whatever you want to do," Minho smiled at him. "Oh! Other then convincing my mom to let me go back to Seoul, that we have to do."

"You still haven't done that?" a small amount of fear and shock passed over Jisung's face. "I thought you would have sorted that out the first day."
